Customer service here is not great. The two phone calls I had to make to ask about a few things before the visit, were answered by someone who acted like I should have known the answer. It was like I interrupted their day by my inquiries. While there, we ran out of toilet paper and had two bathrooms. We were giving only one roll and had to get it ourselves. Their two, small elevators are always crowded and they run really slow so a trip to the office to have to get something the room should already be equipped with, was a bit annoying. Paying $1200 for three nights should get you better service. Also the elevators are in need of some upgrades. They run slow and since we were on the sixth floor, the stairs weren’t always the best option. During checkout, so many people are trying to use the elevators as well as housekeeping. It isn’t an efficient system at all. Other than that, it is a great location. Restaurants and shops are close, just a short walk. The view is nice from the balcony. Soft sand and I was able to find many seashells right on this beach.

This is 1-2 star hotel in an excellent location. My husband and I stayed here in fall of 2018 and it wasn’t great then. No updates have been made since then. We usually stay in privately owned condos and this is definitely a cheap hotel. Very little decor and no personal touches. Condos generally have books to borrow, games, or movies. This has none of that. The tv had Dish Network that did not work well. It had limited channels and they were often unavailable. We tried to watch a movie in a rainy afternoon and got nowhere. The living room furniture was ugly, uncomfortable, and stained. There weren’t enough tables to put a drink and no coasters anywhere. In the kitchen, there is chipped paint on the kitchen cabinets and rust on the refrigerator. I will say the ice maker works great! It did have all the needed kitchen equipment for cooking. The bed in the master is very comfortable, but the bunk beds are very short. I’m 5ft tall and no one bigger than me could sleep there. The bathrooms are functional, but not attractive. There is great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The A/C is weird. With the thermostat consistently set at 73 I was freezing in the living room. Overnight, we got very hot. The elevators were touch and go. The view from this place is spectacular. It’s by the public beach in one of the least crowded areas. You can walk to shops and restaurants. The only downside of the location is that you can hear music from the Hangout on the balcony and beach at night. We probably won’t stay here again unless they do a remodel.

Condo in a great location in Gulf Shores. We arrived early for a spring break stay. The security guard directed us where to park & we were able to access the room early, which was great. Plenty of parking. Elevators were fine, never waited long. First thing of note was the musty beach smell in the unit. I wished I had brought one of my scented candles! We loved the view from our balcony and kept the slider open to enjoy the sound of the waves. The air flow helped air the place out. The bunk beds were on the smaller size for our 2 kids, 13 & 14. I would say best for smaller kids, taller kids not gonna fit. The kitchen had all the things you would want to do any cooking. Bring your own bag of ice if you like your bevys with ice. The king bed was very comfortable and we both slept great. We would maybe try another property in the Brett Robinson group when we come back, if only to check out another stretch of this beautiful beach. One thing I would love to see is some felt type furniture pads on the dining chairs! When pulled out from the table to sit they make the loudest sound. The poor people below! If you have stayed here you 💯 know what I am saying.

TV nor the coffee maker worked. Maintenance came to check it and told us he'd leave the work order open that the TV was kaput. 13 hours later still no TV replacement. Called again to request update and at that time spoke to a Supervisor. Was unapologetically told they had no extra televisions and would comp 10% on our room. The Ryder Cup was on so hubs wasn't to happy about that response. The condo IMO was in need of a deep cleaning. The pictures are of the day we arrived. I literally hung a dish rag on the refrigerator handle just so I wouldn't have to touch the handles. The bathroom floor still had sand in the corners from the previous guest and there was no toilet paper holder. So we had to leave the TP on the corner of the tub in order to reach it. The kitchenette was fully stocked with essentials if you wanted to make a meal, but the appliances are very dated. The dinette table and chairs were new so that was a plus! Over all, very disappointed and wouldn't recommend. As far as the coffee maker, yes when I called to the front desk when Maintenance said they didn't give him one to bring up.....my husband had to go get it. Why we weren't told this the first phone call is beyond me.

After a week of dealing with this hotel and Brett Robinson Vacation Rentals we were told we would be getting $68.80 in a refund which was a joke. However only $59.33 was put back into our account. We have never had such a bad experience with any rental place we have ever stayed. I do not recommend either of these companies to anyone. BBB has been contacted and I will never rent or stay with either company again. Also want a cheaper price? Go through Airbnb.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great stay! We stayed at the top floor (900) and the view was super pretty from the balcony to the front of the building) The pullout couch was okay. Kind of thin, but we made it work. It isn't a fancy condo at all, but that wasn't a problem at all. The full bathroom is spacious and includes multiple fresh towels. The half bathroom is pretty small, but could definitely work for kids. The bunkbeds could fit someone who's a little over 5 feet, so someone who is 5 feet or less could sleep there comfortably. The condo also comes with dishes which was good! There was also trash units on each floor which was a plus. There are 2 elevators on each side of the hallways so it's never packed with people, but waiting for the elevator could take a couple of minutes but not bad at all. The condo it self is a great location for food and souvenirs shops. Also there's a mini gulf place close by too. The pool is pretty as well. Staff is friendly and able to provide help! Great stay.

If you want a nice beachfront hotel, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. the rooms are extremely dated and in need of a big face-lift. Mold or water stains on the ceilings in our room, stained and worn out furniture, Elevators are dirty, slow and hot, and the entire time there was not a luggage cart or trolly to be seen or had. We had to make three trips down to the garage to retrieve luggage, not an easy thing for elderly patrons. The garage is dangerous entering and exiting due to a very poor design.
The outdoor hot tub doesn't work and was dirty with sand, and dirty linens and trash were piled by the elevators.
The view was beautiful, the location is very good, our room , which left a LOT to be desired, was at least clean, close to everything, and the staff was courteous, but overall, for the price, I will not stay here again.

We stayed here three nights for the Big Beach half marathon. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had a balcony overlooking the beach (room 209). There were four adults on this trip. The king bed was comfy, the queen on the pullout couch was ok, but the small bunks really are kid-sized. An adult did sleep on the bottom bunk, but it was cramped, so not recommended for adults.
The room had a bath and a half, and all towels and linens were supplied. (The bathrooms are small!) The kitchen had a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and crock pot. There were dishes and silverware enough for all.
This hotel is very close to some great restaurants and about a 10 mile drive to the Florida state line.
The hotel is a bit dated, but the location is great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoy our stay and it was very reasonable however i called today and they have jumped their rates be at least 90 dollars per night. I was paying between 150 and 170 and now it is 250 for the same room. Was going to stay 13 nights but changed it to six nights. This is suppose to be off season, so what changed?

We were asked what time we would like checkin so we chose 3pm. On arrival we were advised by rude staff that we had to wait till 5pm. We were told the room had a washer and dryer which is does not. There are huge rats on the outside grounds. Remotes to tvs are broken. The satellite hardly works so we had to rent movies. The fridge does not keep cold. For a week's stay this is NOT the place unless you are single since the bar next door is open all night and so loud it shakes the walls. Deff not family oriented The only positive is that we can walk out onto the beach. This was a big waste of money!
