The location is perfect! Rooms are spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. The kitchen has a good supply of cooking essentials and the dishwasher was handy. All supplies, such as paper products, dishwasher tabs and towels were provided. Daily maid service was a nice touch. We will stay at this location again.

The room was sufficient for our stay, but more room is needed for the vanity and in the bathroom. I made a mistake when booking and did not get the handicap accessible room, but all rooms should have a bathtub or shower with one or two safety bars minimum. Most people above 55 need something to hold onto when entering or exiting a tub or shower.

We were very impressed with this hotel/condo. Beautiful view of gulf, great bedroom, nice kitchen and great service. We had a small issue with the tv and they were right on it. Nice that unlike an actual condo, we were able to get fresh towels, soap, toilet paper etc...

I was totally eaten up by bed bugs at Phoenix Suites West, Gulf Shires. . Had over 50 on my face, hands, and back. My daughter was bitten as well. She slept on the bunk bed. I slept in the bedroom. We both sat on the couch. She took pictures of the bugs on the linens after we got eaten. It was horrible so when I checked out, I told them and they said it wasn’t their fault. It was a “traveler issue.” I had never been eaten up by bed bugs but they insinuated it came from me. Later I called management at Brett Robinson and they assured me that would make sure the room was sterilized and said they were giving me a 100.00 credit for the NEXT TIME! STAY!!! Fast forward to today, I, against my better judgment , went to book a room and they told me they had knowledge about the credit and that I did not use it. Reservation said I had to go in person to get the credit, I went in and Sonya, manager, said she had never done this before and her reservation lady Gayle did not know either: So I called reservation again and they said “we will get your credit to you. We are having a Lillie call and give instructions.” They told me to wait in lobby. So I waited and after 30 minutes of going through this, Gayle told me I had to have a coupon for them to do it. She said they mailed it to me. Yeah, right. Worst experience ever from the time I got eaten up to the total run around today.

We give it a 3 because the hotel’s proximity to the beach, restaurants and activities was great. The staff was very friendly and definitely had the Southern Charm. However, our unit (1105) was outdated, the couch had a tear, the bathtub never drained and our smoke detector kept chirping. (They came to fix it 3 times) We also arrived and were told check in time was at 5 pm which was different than the reservation information we received.

We stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Great location, right on the beach. Condo is very clean. Ladies at check in were very nice. I would stay here again. Cleaning lady did a great job....plenty of clean towels provided. Take your own beach towels and snacks, food, coffee, etc. Condo had blender, crock pot, silverware.....everything you need!

if you are looking for a view this place is it, however it is in desperate need of some maintenance. They started painting the common area a year ago and have not touched it since. No bedspreads on any of the beds only sheets. If you have a problem they will call maintenance but they are clueless. Tiles are cracked in condos.

Great location, clean, comfortable room and bed with all the necessities. A beautiful view of the gulf from the private balcony. Awesome sunset and sunrise ‼️Easy walk to the beach . Quick and friendly service from the staff. The food next door at Bahama Bob's was delicious and the largest portion of fish I have ever seen at any restaurant!

Loved everything about this place. On the beach, CLEAN, spacious, full kitchen. All the amenities of phone makes it easy to kick back and relax. The balcony view was gorgeous. We picked up fresh seafood at one of the many seafood markets.

Wonderful accommodations. Clean and restful. Luxury bedding for 2 people. Oceanfront view with access to beach. Balcony to watch the beach walkers. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create a great meal. 1.5 bathrooms. Very nice.
