This place is cheap and basic, in a good way. If you're just wanting a bed to stay in with a shower (cold) then this is perfect. The staff are lovely and were able to help with any queries and renting bikes. One small downfall was them turning the mains switch off to my room because I left the fan...

Sorry about that, we turn of power when room is not in use as the price we charge for the room is so low that we need to save on power charges to be able to maintain the low prices of room rental.

The double room we booked was advertised as a basic double but we weren't expecting it to be quite as basic as it was. Maybe we just got lucky other places in India but when we arrived here we were just pointed over to the room we were staying in, it was just a shed outside with two single beds...

Sorry for the uncomfort you experienced, for the price we charge per night we really cannot give any better facilities, we do have better rooms at a more higher price.

A nice place to stay if In Anjuna. The location is great just 5 min walk from anjuna beach. The owners very helpful and kind. Clean and cheap. The only thing that I can say is that if u go there directly and not throw a booking site they let you pay more. I didn't really understand it because normally...

We had our stay at the guesthouse for 3days. It was beyond our expectations being very clean, homely and well maintained amidst greenery with secured parking space. It is pretty close to the Anjuna beach at a walkable distance of just 300 meters. The guesthouse is run by a family who are very kind and helpful. We were about to...

Clean room.. Classy doors. Good hospitality. I booked my room via whatsapp ;-) Lot more than you pay for.. We stayed only for a couple of days coz we were on tight schedule. Recommended for those who want to spend more money on other things, rather than booking a five star hotel.

What a wonderful natural homely feeling while staying here. The owners Mr & Mrs Felix was so friendly and cordial. Anjuna beach and Flea market 5 min walk. Oxford Arcade ( ( a supermarket , wine store & money exchange ) is next to Anjuna palms. I personally like the greenery in the property with huge Mango trees, Bread fruit...

We were four people who stayed here for four days in the peak season of December(19th to 23rd). The prices were awesome(around Rupees 350 per night per person). The place is amazingly well maintained for a budget accomodation. The room we got was clean with an attached bathroom and our stay could'nt have been more comfortable. The owners of the...

We stayed here 3 nights in a private double for around 800, which was by far the cheapest thing in the area. The rooms are what we payed for, basic and quaint. No fancy hotel. The rooms don't have any mosquito protection so make sure you get burners and repellents. The owners were very very helpful and nice and the...

The accommodation was quite basic in a bungalow-styled room with gaps all around between the walls and the slanted roof above (no ceiling), so mosquitoes were a bit of a problem at night. But the ensuite bathroom with a western toilet was perfect; and maybe call it a stroke of luck, there were three beds in my room so it...
