Great budget hotel away from the strip of Anjuna. The ground floor rooms (fan only) are basic but clean and include double beds, kitchen area with fridge and bathroom. The fan does a good enough job to keep you cool. There is mosquito netting across the windows which does need renewing. The room had a porch area with rocking chairs.... More

Very bad place. Completely overrated. If you look around you will find cheaper and better places all around. Would not repeat for sure. Not friendly staff, specially the daughter. Price arranged with her mother and then daughter did not agree and put us different price. Run away of this place as fast as you can...

Good thing about this place is its very clean and properly maintained, the owners are very friendly and helping. They have home stay option. There are some rooms upstairs and some on the ground floor surrounded with cocunut trees and very nice garden. We haven't had any food here but when we wanted pizza, the owner helped to order it... Initially walked by this place and booked a room here as it looked like a nice place. Altough breakfast was not very tasty and surely quite expensive, it was still somewhat ok. It wasn't until we found that the (unfriendly) dog's of the owner had pooped all over our terrace (it was a mess, really) and we had atleast 10... More

If waffles were the way to a man's heart, then Martha's Breakfast home definitely got me going! My wife and I were looking for some peace, after literally running away from the crowded Calangute beach, and we found all that we were looking for at Martha's. Lovely family, welcoming and always seen with a smile, the homestay was perfect and... More

We went to visit Martha's for the famous breakfast but sadly found it was closed during monsoon season - however we don't want to damage the trip advisor rating as I have friends who have stayed here and said it was very good! Just want people to be aware that it is not open in monsoon season!

We were treated a lot of abuses and rude talk when we checked out an hour late. This after us politely informing the reasons for it (returning bikes etc). Have never encountered this before anywhere else. They were trying to charge half day's charge for this as a penalty. Also, the food here was horrible and terribly over priced. Do... More

I stayed in Anjuna on my own just for a couple days...I had a lovely time at Martha's! Was a safe, relaxing and enjoyable stay for a gal travelling in India solo. Martha always greeted me with a smile. The whole family was very helpful and kind. The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach and anywhere... More

We didn't stay at Martha's but had their fabulous breakfast. The place is located in a little lane and surrounded by trees. Absolutely fantastic! The food was even better. We also enjoyed talking to Mabel. Highly recommend!
