We stayed in a hut at the back as it was cheaper. Roomy and bed was big and comfy with mosquito net held tight by bamboo at each corner, so it wasn't hanging in our face all night like some places. Bathroom not the best, tired and sink hanging off but functioned well. Right on beach, I loved palolem. So...

Great option for those who preffer to stay in a more quiet part of Palolem. The huts are spacious, bathroom is good, the bed is big and comfortable, the mosquito net is new and reliable. From outside all those huts in Palolem look like they're pretty much the same thing, but having seen some from inside I can garantee that...

We stayed at Parvati Huts for five nights from 19-24th November 2012. We spent our first week in North Goa (Candolim) followed by 2 nights in Delhi/Agra. Having referred to the Rough Guide, we chose Parvati Huts, thinking it was in Patnem - it is in fact in nearby Palolem - a much more lively resort (the huts recently moved...

We spend 5 nights here around Christmas 2011. We had a wonderful experience: Extremely friendly owners, very good view, fantastic beds in a basic but nice hut. The location is good, on the beach yet quiet when you want it. Nothing to complain, we would definitely come back again. And yes, it is really affordable......

I stayed during high season. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The owner and his wife were very friendly and put no pressure to get us to go on trips etc. When leaving they did not try to over charge and there were no hidden extras. Also Parvati Huts does not have a restaurant which I liked,...

Pervati huts in Palolem is squeezed in between bigger places at the very south end of the beach. The area was mostly families when we where there and not as rowdy as other places on the beach, also its close if you want to walk over to Patnem to swim, wish we did. The best thing about the place and...

Parvati Huts on Patnem Beach is a great place to stay in the South of Goa. The location is directly on the beach with clean and well maintained huts incl. warm shower. Dinesh, the owner, gives you a very welcome feeling and helps in an easy way with any requests you might have (laundry, taxi, scooter, dolphin trip, lobster, etc.)....

Thank you all for your reviews. This year Parvati is located on the neighbouring Palolem beach. And the huts are built to the same high standard. Thank you

“Ask for a beach view. Being raised, we think it attracted fewer insects. Also....PATNEM beach is a 15 minute walk, a much quieter beach, better for sunbathing and relaxing. Follow the bridge and path up to the rocks at the south end of Palolem beach..then ask directions to Neptune's Point. You'll then walk through Colomb and eventually to Patnem. There are also some great little bars and restaurants on the way including "Bridge and Tunnel" and Bom Shankar.”

“There are some rooms right on the front on the first floor that have the most wonderful views, they are the most expensive but still very very reasonable for what you get, they are worth the extra cost”
