The location was a little bit hidden at first. But actually, it was close to everywhere, Jonker walk and other attractions. Room was clean and comfort. Aircon worked well. bathroom was very clean. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely going back to stay here next time I visit Melaka.

We stayed in a private triple room which was comfortable and clean enough. The bathrooms were a bit dirty though and clearly not regularly cleaned or maintained. The room we stayed in was quite dark and dingy with absolutely no light coming in! The hosts were okay, not very friendly or welcoming, we actually had to be shown around by...

I saw some negative ratings floating around the internet and I was worried. No issues whatsoever here. The building is old and beautiful. At night time it can be dimly lit and give off a 'spooky' vibe that old buildings tend to do- this is why I love it! But it's why other's probably have an issue. I like creaky...

This guesthouse is exactly what we needed, plus it has a great interior design. We travelled in a group of 5 girls, so we stayed in the 6-person dorm room, which is super cheap. There are lockers provided in the room, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. The bathroom we shared with other guests are kept clean, and the...

First of all, despite the rating on trip advisor, my friend and I had expectations towards the accommodation. At the beginning, we are welcomed by a reception who looked like very tired. Then, we were let into our room where the floors were sandy and dusty. Besides that, the aircond was not functioning, and we informed the reception, but they...

I stayed in Troka for only 2 nights. Small cozy rooms, nice shower and a comfy living room to stay in downstairs. The owner is helpful and friendly and sometimes take the customers out for dinner. The hostel is just 10-15 minutes away from the old town and there is a couple of good places nearby to eat.

Stayed here during summer and we were a bit apprehensive that it was far away from the main centre, however after finding out way its actually really close. We were in a 6 bed dorm, basic but clean and a fan for each bed. Usually get badly bitten by mosquitos but I was fine in this hostel. The owner is...
