Stayed there on 15 Oct. Booked a room with a large bed but was given 2-single ones instead. Their justification: Request is subject to availability and of course, such rooms are limited. Mmmmm... talk of 1st impression gone. It is 2-storey hotel, strategically located with short walking distance to Jonker Walk. You have a choice of city-view or river-view rooms....

I was thrown by where to stay in Melaka. After having amazing accommodation in the similar town of Penang, I couldn't find the same types of places in Melaka. I eventually settled on Quayside - as I was looking for somewhere with a view. It's well located to explore the night market and town square, Melaka river cruise and get...

Nice hotel , only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning and the shower. That wasn't working that well! Air conditioning doesn't really get cold, and shower doesn't really give warm water! And the fault that they provide in the room, is not even screwed down or bolted down.

When we checked in we were met by a very friendly and helpful member of staff, if I remember correctly, his name is Haziq. The cleaning staff didn't do a particularly great job, as we had to tell them everyday to put clean towels in the room as well as toilet paper. Used plates in which ws received room service...

We booked a room overlooking the straits of Melaka. The view was pleasant. If you are a pokemon player, the hotel is within reach of a few stops :p - Location was in the middle of everything. We can walk to the Dataran Pahlawan mall and still check jonker street, the maritime museum and Christ Church. Hotel was quiet and...

Our stay in Quayside hotel was truly a big disappointment. It started with the hotel entrance being blocked off from access of vehicles, resulting in guests driving round in circles trying to locate a separate access, then there were no available hotel parking and it really.just went downhill from there... We had to park a good distance away from the...

I love the location. Walking distance to Jonker street, Stadthuys, Christ Church, Maritime museum. Located next to the river and stone's throw away from Hard Rock Cafe. Was easy to get to anywhere. Hotel was converted from a warehouse and the lobby area is trendy industrial feel. Reception staff Haziq was helpful with our questions. Parking is just outside the...

This is a boutique hotel facing the river and located near all the main attractions in Melaka. So it's really convenient. About 3 mins walk to Stadhuys and the trishaw drivers and located beside the customs museum. Located opposite to the police station so be prepared to put up with the sirens and the quirky music from the trishaws driving...

The room is very cosy, the staffs are helpful but you cant get a good nite sleep as there's loud sound / music from the outside shops. Food at Halia, not much choices and have to add in more choices of food. Location is very strategic and near to the Stadhuys, A Famosa (walking distance) and Jonker Street

Stayed in this hotel over the holiday period for 2 nights. Had pretty good deals on Agoda. Front Desk Staff were friendly and assisted on our requests. Lobby - Nice and simple but it can get really warm on hot afternoons. Not sure if air-condition was switched on though. Room/Bathroom - We were staying on level 2, premium room with...
