A good location hotel my hotel room facilities are pretty limited. Walking distance to Jonker street by cutting into shopping malls. Few malls around with cinema. Breakfast pretty crowded and choices pretty ok. Local food.

The hotels from the pics looks impressive but in actuality there are some big disappointments.
On the plus side, the reception provided good service & so does the maintenance & housekeeping team. It is wonderfully located within the Melaka Raya area and very close to attractions

A wonderful morning
Not using the mini kitchen but was a small surprise.

I am concerned about the parking availability, anyone knows if it will be ok if I arrive on a Thursday afternoon(before 2pm)? Or is the car park like always full ... I have read so many reviews about it. This is going to determine if I will switch to other hotels with more dedicated parking. Thanks in advance.
Hi there. There is a multi-storey carpark located beside it and has plenty of carparks. So it may not be a problem :)

How much is the cash deposit upon check in? (For 1 night & 2 nights)
No. they dont ask for cash deposit provided you paid in full. Unlike other hotel, this hotel doesn't have minibar drinks thus no need for deposit. Hope this helps

Any smoking rooms in this hotel?? My husband smokes and it's so difficult to find a hotel with a smoking room or with a balcony nowadays.
Like AlKajai's response, Malacca State Government has prohibited smoking in the city area. This include any hotels in the Malacca city.
