Thank you for this valuable information, I do apologize for your less than great stay. I will use these issues to help train our staff so this does not happen in the future.
This is a Marriott hotel. It is located downtown . We valet parked because you can walk anywhere downtown. Many many restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were very nice and staff was excellent everywhere. We also took advantage of the Spa which was wonderful.

Well there is a coffee house corner to the Battle House so you can have something small to eat and drink there. There is A Spot of Tea at 310 Dauphin street which has Breakfast in a Historic setting and there is Bob's Dowtown Restaurant which is a diner that serves breakfast. Those are your best suggestions for something close without having to leave downtown.
