HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a family wedding. At first I was a little disappointed in the room size but once I walked out of the back parking lot and found out how close to Mountain Brook Village I was, I quickly decided it was a great hotel. The rooms are fine I have just stayed...

Hotel manager, can handle everything at moments notice, Meredith is the bomb! At last minute we had to provide meals for lacrosse team. 40 teenagers for 3 nights and she handled whole thing! Calls made, food delivered completely seamless. Made us moms look like rock stars. Hotel staff is so friendly and professional. Rooms clean and location is great.

You can't beat the location. Everything was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Would come back in a second. Breakfast was great, typical for free breakfast. As a nice side perk, there was coffee all day and cookies at night

Staff was friendly but rooms kind of small. Hotel itself was fairly clean. Breakfast was decent. Did have hair in the tub but overall it was okay, It was quiet and I was able to rest. Breakfast area was clean but a little small as well. Not sure I would stay again because of space.

This Hampton in Mountain Brook is the best value for a hotel that is located close to Downtown Birmingham and all of the attractions. In a safe area quiet area. Located right off of 280 with easy access to Homewood, Birmingham Zoo and Downtown. Friendly staff!

My family had a great stay here in March. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay nice. We stayed with our two small boys and my mom and dad stayed in another room and they had the same positive response. Breakfast was really good and having bottled waters in a cooler in...

This was a great location for the things we wanted to see. We went to the BHM Botanical Gardens and to Samford University, and the Hampton was about halfway in between. There was a beautiful shopping/dining part of town just out the back of the hotel and just a few blocks away.

My AC unit didn't work quite right, other than that, it was not a bad stay. I would only include that the price was a bit high. This room and stay is not worth $120. I can get a better room for $90 a night here in San Diego, where everything is more expensive. It was quiet though and the...

....certainly not great! Spent one night and the room was clean. The interior (or, at least the floor we were on) is in need of refreshing. Rather small lobby area but generally nice enough and the breakfast was typical Hampton breakfast. One pro of the hotel is that it is located in a shopping center with several eating establishments and...
