Certificate of Excellence
Orange Beach, Alabama is located on the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast, less than 10 miles from better known Gulf Shores. Orange Beach might not be as well known, but that doesn’t make it any less beautiful. With miles of white sand and emerald water, a day at the beach is a must. These beaches host an abundance of watersports, and the area is also one of the largest deep sea fishing communities on the Gulf. Orange Beach visitors will also enjoy challenging golf courses, nightlife, shopping, sightseeing, and delicious local restaurants. |break|Minutes from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores attractions, the Palm Beach Resort is an oceanfront property. With such pristine beaches, we doubt you’ll want to spend much time inside, but this property features beautiful one, two, and three bedroom condo rentals with full kitchens and spacious living areas. Just past a heated outdoor pool and picnic area, you’ll find onsite beach access.

Booking.com advertised our condo as ocean view. There was no view of the ocean. It was a first floor unit overlooking the pool, and blinds had to be drawn to prevent everyone from peering into our condo. The bathroom was large, but the kitchen was sparsely furnished and barely ad

So often when staying at the beach, we experience a common attitude that seems to say, "You're at the beach. You have a place to stay. That's all you need." That was clearly the message here. Beautiful resort and nice rooms, but "customer service" is a seemingly unknown conce

“Heated pools “ aren’t really heated. 82 degrees . Bathrooms dirty . One pool closed without warning . Under construction with sketchy descriptions and poor communication between property management and timeshare companies

Nice resort which Festiva was doing some much needed updates when my husband and I were there. It was located on the Gulf. Lots of neat shops and restaurants close by. We picked a good time to bo when a lot of the beach traffic had gone back to school and was not over run with

This is our 4th stay at Palm Beach condos. We enjoy the 3 br/3.5 bath units that the Goodsman's manage. The location is across from Gulf State park, with nice walking paths. Condo is directly located on the beach. We have stayed in this condo before. Very beachy with plenty of ro

Not a romantic bathtub area with water stains on ceilings and all decorations removed
Better view of water stains on ceiling above tub
Water stains on ceiling over tub; told office and they said oh well.
For those who have stayed here, how did you book? VRBO? I’ve read it’s half timeshare half owned. I’d like to book from an owner and not be harassed to buy a timeshare during my stay! Any suggestions welcome.
I booked through a timeshare. We had a 3 bedroom condo that desperately needed a makeover! Carpet was filthy, mold/rust was in the bathroom. Poor seating. Terrible experience!!

Hello! We have a reservation for a 3-bedroom unit in September. Are all the units on the ground floor or are they dispersed throughout the property? Are there elevators? Looking forward to our stay!
The 3 bedrooms are in vertical columns in all of the 4 buildings. 5 floor complex with elevator in each building.

I have rented the one bedroom apartment style and was wondering if it would have a balcony
I rented a one bedroom on the 3rd floor and it did have a small balcony. View of the ocean was pretty good.

Hello, does the hotel furnishes beach chairs and umbrellas? If not do you know how much they charge to rent them? Thanks
They rent them. It was cheaper to buy small beach chairs at a grocery store by there, iirc. That’s what we did.
