Spent 2 nights at this very nice, very accessible location. The hotel itself is located a little off the main hgwy which limits the noise. The back of the hotel overlooks a nice little pond, complete w/ a not so friendly guest alligator. The hotel has an access gate to the beach. They will transport you to the gate across...

Was there on business and got sick late second day of trip. Went to doc-in-a-box nearby and diagnosed with flu. Asked clerk if I could checkout at 5:00 pm. She said she would handle it. Good stay even with renovation going on. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Would stay again for business trips.

Positive - The staff was friendly and responsive. Easy access to beach but it does require crossing Perdido Beach Blvd. Negatives: Given the WORST room in the hotel. If you go and get assigned 215 or 217, ask for a different room or go somewhere else. The window is behind front entrance facade so it's like having a wall instead...

My husband and I spent several months this winter at the Fairfield Inn in Orange Beach. We enjoyed the warm, friendly people who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This year the hotel has been under renovations. Some changes were made to accommodate the changes but we never felt it affected...

During our January 2017 stay, we experienced a friendly, helpful, and courteous staff-including general manager, front desk, breakfast room, maintenance, and housekeeping staff members. In spite of hotel renovations going on during our stay, the staff worked hard to make sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We find the location great for getting to local restaurants,...

The Fairfield Inn Orange Beach is undergoing renovations, but they did an excellent job of turning the conference room into a breakfast room. They had a good breakfast selection and really great room price. Don’t be fooled by the water in the pictures – the water is a bayou, it’s a couple of blocks off the beach. Would stay here...

It is our goal for every guest to have a memorable experience. Unfortunately, we fell short of your expectations during your recent visit. There is just never a good time for renovations, however, we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with hopefully just 4 weeks to completion. We do our best to inconvenience our...

When this was the only Marriott property in OB, those who have achieved a comfortable Rewards level and wanted to earn points were stuck here. It's a dated property. We were in a tiny renovated room with gold walls, brown and blue carpet and a green velvet chair with well worn "light wood" furniture. Had to leave after two nights....

A group of four of us stayed in a suite over New Years for around $300 total. It happened to be that there was a lot of road construction going on around the entrance so you couldn't turn left easily to go toward Pensacola. The beach also was not in walking distance but it was only a couple minute drive...

We were in a king room at the end of the hall on the second floor--Room 229. The first night, I felt something crawling on me but I figured I was over-reacting. The second night, we were exhausted from shopping all day. The third night, we decided to relax and watch football games. For some reason, I looked under the...

We appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel. We understand feedback is important and we do want to hear from our guests. With that said, we take the good and also the "need to improve" in stride. When guests arrive we collect payment up front. Gone are the days of paying at check out and most guests understand...

I needed to find a hotel for two nights for a friend's wedding. This was the best deal in town and I understand why. My room (double bed) and bathroom were not clean and the curtains were not able to even close. The room smelled stale and moldy. There were drapes hanging down, but the actual curtain was designed for...
