Room was very nice. Air did not work properly. Beds are great! Area was great. Did not use all the amenities due to our short stay. Desk staff were professional and friendly. Family has stayed before at this location and recommended to us.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I was on a business trip in Anniston Alabama. There are a lot of hotels on exit 191. I was going to try the home 2 hotel right next to it but it allows smoking in the rooms and I didn't want to chance getting a room that had smoke smell. I choose this hotel due to the good experience...

Bed not very comfortable, staff could be more personable. Clean rooms, conveniently located. Hot tub in room was very nice. Restaurant was quite small and we chose to dine out instead of at the hotel.

Average rooms. Clean. Staff not very friendly. Work out room dirty. Breakfast average but expensive. Bar and restaurant was average but expensive. It was about the same as the sister hotel across the street

We have become accustomed to really good hotel beds -- and these just don't measure up -- despite "adjusting" them. Affects a good night's sleep. And the breakfast is just sort of okay, despite having to pay for it.

We hope you’ll accept our sincerest apologies for falling short on our high service standards. While we do our best to always deliver a smooth experience, once in a while an issue may occur. Again, our most sincere apologies.

Overall this is a really nice Hilton hotel. But there were just a few minor items that you may run into. Bring your own pillow. I was only staying overnight and didn't want to lug a lot of items and I didn't bring my pillow. Big mistake. They give you 3 different types of pillows but they all go flat...

I was given a room on what I thought would be the quietest floor, the fourth, only to find it had once been a smoking room. When I complained and asked to be moved, the clerk said fine, drop off your repacked bags at the desk in the morning. When I would get back from my full day of training,...

Beautiful hotel with terrible lighting in the rooms, especially the bath. Their being GREEN made me feel like I was in a dungeon. Standing water (ankle deep) in the tub was reported twice but never fixed. Air conditioning broke and not fixed. The adjustable mattress was excellent but the comforter much too thick and as a result very hot. So...

HGI Oxford is our go to hotel when in the area. A great staff combined with an excellent facility and easy access to the interstate and dining options makes this the best place to stay when in the area.
