I'm not going to dress it up - the accommodation was not great BUT staying here was definitely the most fun. There was no signal, no tv, no internet, it was literally how travelling should be. Everyone socialised, we played games, we went fishing, we had a bonfire, we made jewelry out of coconuts, we played volleyball, we went scuba...

The staff were super friendly and really made us feel at home. the entertainment was great and helped all the guests get to know each other. The food was good and varied each day. As me and my partner spent our first night in this accommodation we assured ourselves we were just being too particular as it was only our second week of travelling... I can now safely say we were not. We are now 3 months into our travels and we have still yet to stay in a place that can be compared...

Upon arrival we were all sat indoors and played a welcome song which was hilarious, and our room not ready so we shared a bed in an unused dorm, you need to spend the first day acclimatising to the mana way of life, then you'll understand this place after breakfast on your second day. The beds were crap, but the...

Stayed at the backpackers for 4 nights, had a double room with shared cold shower and toilets. Every meal we had was different and did fill you up. It's the staff that really make this place special. The take you out on different excursions such as snorkeling, boat trips and we visited the local school in the village. The help...

It all went down hill when we were transported here from Nadi on a little speed boat. Our bags got drenched it was meant to arrive at 10 but came at 12. Apparently we was on this boat because the captain of the other boat was hungover! Not only was there 9 of us crammed on to this dingy when...

We were not staying there, we wandered down the beach from the big resort to check it out. Great food cooked by Ravi, particularly the fish curry and reef fish. The setting is brilliant, right on the beach in thatched shelters.

Man I loved this place straight away so much I keep coming back every year now! Found my paradise! The great thing that sets this place apart from similar places is that it is part of a local Fijian village, so you really get the best of both worlds, all the usual cool backpacker benefits, like day trips to other...

My friends stayed in this hostel and i vistited them the whole day because it was the best atmosphere you could have in a hostel! The staff is super nice and everybody is welcomed even if you stay in the other hotels/hostels. The activities are funny and make the day even better! The beach is better than in Ratu Kinis!...
