We just got back from the resort yesterday and wanted to write a review while the fantastic experience was still fresh in our minds. Everything about this resort, the staff, the room, the food, the scenery, the activities, was amazing and top notch. We throughly enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave at the end of our honeymoon. The...

Like many others we booked our stay through Luxury Escapes. Our transfer to the island was seamless and a lovely welcome by the staff. Very rough ride to the hotel, but this is a natural island and a bumpy road seems to fit. We had a beautiful Bure with plenty of room and kept spotlessly clean and not far from...

Bula, Thank you for your recent guest comment. We appreciate the very kind words that you expressed about the spa, staff, activities, bures and experiences. It seems however that we failed you in the food department, which we apologise for. Overall our guests comments are extremely positive for food so we are disappointed that we did not live up to...

Free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Resort food made by in house chef, mostly Western style using local ingredients and a bit of a Fijian influence. Ham and pineapple pizzas, calamari rings, lamb, grilled chicken, reef fish, tiger prawns, beautiful salads, excellent vegetarian options, tacos and burritos. Dessert with every lunch and dinner meal. Private picnics to nearby beaches, you should...

Bula Stephanie Thank your or your review. I have passed on your kind words to the kitchen team who are always eager to get feedback and improve their service delivery to guests. As we are situated a long way from the mainland it is always challenging to get the supplies to the resort and we have recently started a market garden...

Bula, Thank you so much for taking the time to make a comment and also for visiting us from Darwin. I have passed on your comments to all the staff - including the gardeners who often don't get mentioned but are just as valuable to the Yasawa family as the front line staff members who get talked about often. All...

Sadly we were sold this as a luxury 5 star resort and we definitely paid the price for that! It was disappointing from the minute we arrived, as the transport to the resort was a extremely well used and not clean van, complete with wet seats as it had just transported the snorkelling party back from their excursion! The road...

Bula Angela, Thanks for your comments and I enjoyed meeting you on island and discussing your thoughts. Flying over coral reefs and atolls to a deserted runway and being welcomed with a fresh coconut and flower salusalu is usually the first highlight of our guests arrival. We are situated on a very remote island with no roads apart from our...

Bula David & Erica, Thank you for your comments. Firstly we do apologise again for the mouse in your room. Even though we are in an area that is completely surrounded by tropical forest it is not something that should happen and we are sorry. When we were alerted to the issue and discovered the problem our Resort General Manager...

This was the first five star Fiji resort that we ever visited back in September 2014. Even though it is some time ago I feel compelled to tell it like it was. Absolutely fabulous!!! Nothing was too much for this resort. If you want it they will provide it, what ever it is. The meals are out of this world...

Christopher M has said it all very well indeed! I will not repeat what he wrote, but agree with everything. We stayed in the Honeymoon Bure in early December and found everything they had. Excellent! This was the most worthwhile splurge ever. True, the resort is expensive, but when food, non-motorised equipment, organised daily motorised excursions and soft drinks are...

We were guests at Yasawa for a 7-night honeymoon in November 2014, and were fortunate enough to stay in the Honeymoon Bure, which is an amazing accommodation set at least a couple hundred yards from the closest bure (essentially giving you your own private beach) and includes an amazing infiniti pool right on your private deck. I'll first say that...
