The hotel itself is mostly fine: it's cheap, clean, has comfortable beds with SOFT mattresses (a bit of a luxury as Chinese mattresses are often rock hard), there's also free WiFi provided in rooms.

There is sofa but i don't think it was a sofa bed. I recall breakfast for the kid was free. Check the offer and book accordingly.
We had two room on one bedroom suit and one single room both had sofas.

I had the same issue and my flight was at 9 p.m , I can't say how they helped me , but ask the young guys at front desk and they'll help you nicely ;)
my 8 hours flight was more pleasant after the shower ;)
