I visited this hotel right as it first opened and was left with the feeling of snubbed. While my last visit was only for two days, this time we stayed for seven nights and everything was great! Of course the weather didn't cooperate, but hotel service and quality was outstanding. VERY economical room rate added to my satisfaction.

I researched all the tower hotels in Shanghai as we had only one night in the city on the way back to the US following a 2 week vacation in Thailand. So happy I picked this hotel, as the service, the design, the views and room were absolutely fantastic. We were there on NY eve so it was crowded and...

If you must be in Pudong this is the place to stay - with a stunning lobby on the 87th floor (with views of Pudong and beyond) - and rooms below that, it's a beautiful hotel. Room was comfortable, beautiful bathroom + great having the toilet separate. Beautifully finished & no noise issues. Staff was outstanding and english was good...

We are happy to hear you had a great stay. Thank you for your feedback and hope you had a great trip to Asia. For your next visit, can I suggest our Shanghainese cuisine with spectacular views on the 91st floor? You might have missed this on New Year's Eve due to our yearly NYE party. Looking forward to welcoming...

This is a Hyatt, so quality is expected. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is awesome. The rain shower is comfortable. The smart toilet is definitely the best addition. The room offers everything you need. The swimming pool and gym are also very nice. Will stay here again! The only downside is the lack of choice for restaurants...

Shanghai is a lovely place to be but unfortunately they are suffering with SMOG. Park Hyatt is a very special building where the locals called it the bottle opener. Nice hotel, very nice swimming pool. With a view to die for.

I've stayed in every Five Star Hotel in Shanghai. The Park Hyatt Shanghai is hands down the best hotel. As countless reviews will mention, the physical of this hotel is stunning. Whether it be the entrance, lobby, or the guest rooms, all have been meticulously designed to really bring out the Park Hyatt brand name with a taste of Shanghai....

This hotel was truly wonderful. Shanghai has many wonderful hotels in the high end range with relatively low prices. I love the chain Park Hyatt and the design of several of their properties. Check in was seamless. I was not given an upgrade or anything like this, no frills at all. The hotel is located in Pudong where there isn't...

This hotel offers everything you would expect from a Park Hyatt - elegant, peaceful, beautiful interiors, amazing views, good service. However, the wifi was either painfully slow or basically not working throughout our stay, which is an issue in this day and age. The location is excellent, with easy access to transit. The Superbrand Mall is a short walk away,...

Staying in Lujiazui

Neighbourhood Profile
Lujiazui
When people speak of Shanghai’s futuristic skyline, it’s the financial district of Luiazui they are speaking of. Shanghai’s most iconic buildings are located in close proximity to Lujiazui’s elevated ring road and swanky eateries. Sky-high shopping and chic bars fill the highrises around the area. As is characteristic of a world-class financial business district, some of Shanghai’s best malls and hotels can be found in the neighborhood. While everyone on the famous Bund side of the river gazes in awe at these amazing structures, all the buildings here, as well as Lujiazui’s riverside promenade, offer great views of the historic buildings all along the Puxi side. The Lujiazui park often hosts music festivals throughout the year, and park goers can party and stroll in the shadow of some of the world’s tallest buildings.
