This place is more or less typical of big Chinese hostels – meaning you have to keep expectations LOW. They do clean the place BUT never thoroughly – meaning the bathrooms would get a bit dirty fast. At least they had enough toilets/showers on various...More
Located near a metro (a few minutes walk), it is also near the shopping area. Stayed here for 2 nights in the deluxe room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Affordable too. With common area where self-service laundry services are available. Would definitely recommend!
I stayed at this hostel for 4 nights and stayed in a 6 bed female form. The dorms are small but have everything you need, a comfortable bed, large locker, toilet and hot shower. The hostel does have wifi, however it does not work in...More

Great location - you can walk loads of places and the metro is about a 3 min walk away.

China > Shanghai Region > Shanghai > People’s Square
People’s Square brings with it all the excitement you would expect from the town square of one of the biggest cities in the world. The area around People’s Square and People’s Park is always a abuzz with activity. Oceans of local and foreign tourists flow in and out of the area every day to see grand museums, go shopping and eat at some of Shanghai’s most storied food centers. Shanghai residents, meanwhile, live and
work in the many residential and office high-rises. While much of Shanghai stays busy late into the night, this really is an area that never sleeps with glitzy nightclubs keeping people up until the wee hours of the morning.
