The Eton has a very good location basically on top of a line 4 metro station. Also the skyscrapers of Pudong (WFC, JinMao Tower, Oriental Pearl...) can be easily reached on foot in around 15mins. The view from the rooms looking towards Pudong is spectacular, both during the day and at night. Room size is decent. The rooms are generally...

Stayed at their Executive Floor and we were well taken care of by the staff. The team takes our special request seriously and they go out of their way to get it like special local street breakfast. Never seen an Executive Floor Lounge serving alcohol through out the day till late night. Pampering is the word. Special mention to ever...

Stayed for 3 nights.... And thoroughly enjoyed it. Read other reviews, but didn't find it slow at check in. In fact when I mentioned how my husband loves a view they put us on the top floor. What a treat. Our stay included the buffet breakfast which held a wide variety of both Western and Chinese fare. Quality and price...

This is our third time to stay at Eton. Good breakfast as always, and good facilities. Large bathtub and clean room. Friendly stuff. And it's close to Metro line 4, so you can go anywhere around Shanghai. We will always come back to Eton. Love this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel recently with a TripADeal tour group. The hotel and facilities couldn't be faulted from our experience unlike a couple of others we stayed at. Rooms were excellent and the breakfast very comprehensive catering well for western tourists. My biggest complaint travelling China is the airconditioning which is centrally controlled. I am happy to state The Eton...

Well located property with amazing views in the Pudong area. However, check-in and check out was extremely slow and tested our patience. Had problem getting hot water in bathroom. After trying for 30 mins managed to get lukewarm water. Breakfast spread was average.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my mother in a twin room. Initially we were put in a room on the 37th floor. When we entered the room, we were hit by a really bad smell of damp. It was late so we waited until the morning to complain. The hotel staff just offered to open the window which...

We stayed here for a weekend away in Shanghai. It is located directly opposite Pudong Avenue station which is just two stops away from the central area of Lujiazui and the Pearl Tower. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, fresh pancakes, omelette, noodles, fruit... Rooms are modern, comfy and clean. Bath tubs are huge! Lovely pool...
