We stayed here for 1 night when we first arrived in Costa Rica. It was roughly an hour's drive from the airport so a good first stop. The chap who greeted us was very friendly and helpful (sorry cannot remember his name). You have your own little cabin which comes with separate bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen and living area....

Hotel management was so kind and quick to respond in person and via email. Gardens and pool area were beautiful! Set way up high and off the beaten track, very peaceful. Every room was extremely clean and met all a travelers needs. Bathrooms appointed w newer fixtures which made for a pleasant experience. Interiors a bit outdated, but again, so...

This hotel is for people looking for a quiet, romantic and scenic place. There are only six rooms are in individual lodges, overseeing a splendid arranged and very well kept garden, or better: parc, with a small swimming pool. It is located in a coffee growing area at one hour from Poas volcano National Parc. The owner does his best...

Hotel Mango Valley is a small B&B " Costa Rican Style". Located 1300m on a beautifully landscaped hillside. The office and restaurant for breakfast only are at the highest peak and the cottages are located below. The cottages are Costa Rican style with small kitchens which include a mini- fridge with food and drink items for sale. There's a single...

I was there in sept 2016. The place has an amazing view. The rooms are average , nothing out of this world but then again I only paid $75.00. Breakfast was included but it was very small , some scrambled eggs and tomatoes. They told us they had a restaurant within walking distance, when we got there , the place...

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Javier has got to be the hardest-working hotel manager ever. Ordered pizza from Pizza Don Hernan the first night. Had the best sleep in this location; quiet, dark and peaceful. Nice kitchen area with fridge in our room. A banana tree toppled over during our stay so we had fresh bananas for most...

Another great stay at Mango Valley. It is always my go to spot when I first arrive in Costa Rica. Would highly recommend staying Mango Valley. I've been a few times now and it never disappoints. Rooms are very clean everytime. When staying there I would recommend heading into town of Grecia and hang out with the locals.
