The resort is very nice and the reception is very helpful with booking activities. It was perfect for our first two night that we arrived in La Fortuna. They were very helpful with recommendations for things to do and visit. The dorm rooms were just okay; they need renovations.

Loved it, had so much fun! Everyone is super nice and they upgraded our room to a deluxe so we had our own room right in front of the hammocks and the pool. The whole vibe is like island bungalows. The pool is warm and the pool bar is so much fun. Cesar (the bartender/dj)

Sorry misread your question lol ...I don't recall a safe but there are lockers in the dorm rooms , we brought our own standard lock but it didn't fit , it was to big , so bring a smaller lock ...if not I think they sell them next door !!
