Thank you to Terry and Freddie and the whole staff for making us feel so welcomed and at home!! The views on this resort are spectacular! The 2000 acre property has so much to offer. Hikes, views, luscious landscape, amazing wildlife and a tranquil setting! The picture is our view from our room and Freddie showed me the Costa Rican...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 5 April 2017 via mobile

The staff was fabulous. We arrived two hours early and they welcomed us right away and worked to find us rooms. The rooms (we had the chalets) were wonderful. Comfortable, big, small fridge, amazing views. The grounds had their own great trails and there is a good restaurant right there. Nice pool, little bar. Very quiet. It was close to...

We have had the time of our lives here in La Fortuna. Arenal Lodge surprised us after driving through the night we woke up to a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano through the window of our chalet. The staff was always helpful, from recommendations on activities to great food at local restaurants and sodas. The accommodations were clean and comfortable....

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the la fortuna area, but still want close proximity to many of the attractions, arenal lodge is your place. The property is secluded and the grounds are maintained, but wild. The trails on the properties and the sounds in the morning/evenings are just magical. The room we stayed...

We stayed here for 5 nights whilst on an extended trip to Costa Rica which also happened to be my birthday a the time. My partner had told the hotel that it was my birthday and upon arrival they had made up these amazing animal shapes with the bath towels and left a sign and nice decorations in the room...

Once you get to the gates you drive a 2km trail up the hill where the Lodge is located (you must have a car if you stay at this hotel as it's not in town). Most of the rooms seems to have a great view of Arenal Volcano, and a view of the surrounding green forest area around the lodge....

Very impressive view, nice woody interior design and kind staff. Jesse tour operator was very helpful and our massage therapist was very good..in the evening we've listened to sounds of wild nature at the balcony, and was very lucky to experience typical rainforest rain and thunderstorm. The rooms are clean, had everything necessary for a traveller. The breakfast variety could...

I woke up approx 6:30 AM every morning. Took my coffee out on the balcony and just tried to absorbed all the impressions and the speechless scenery, while the hummingbird played with the flowers 3 meters from me. Ahhh incredible beautiful.A quite long way to drive on cobblestone from the mainroad. When you see the sign" You made it" you...

Wonderful hotel with views and great rooms. Absolutely loved staying here with the family. There is a long road to get up to the hotel but to me it was worth it because it allowed the view to show a true panoramic of the volcano.

This hotel was everything we wanted and more. We booked wanting something a bit away from all the tourists of Fortuna. A bit of a drive up to the hotel but only for the sake of the amazing views you gain. Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to a junior suite. However they were doing some construction outside...
