Great deal and price. Very clean and super friendly. They were very helpful in giving us ideas of where to go for tours and dinner. As well, great breakfast and dinner for a really cheap price. Great location too!!

I heard the shuttle was $50, but stayed in San Jose two days and took bus to backpackers. The La Fortuna Station was 2.5 hours from San Jose 7-10 station (at the corner of 7th and 10th avenue), I think it was $14 dollars. Could have been less. Google terminal7-10 for the schedule. Arneal Backpackers is 100 meters west on the main road from the station.
