This was our first place to stay in Costa Rica. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is very clean. The pool and jacuzzi area are beautiful. We spent a couple of evenings enjoying our wine in the jacuzzi, a couple of small improvements would have made this a 5 star stay for us. We would have loved to unpack...

We stayed in 3 rooms (group of 7) and all of us enjoyed a view of the mountain. My friend used the spa and liked it. Three of our group did the hanging bridges tour and the rest of us chilled by the pool which was immaculate and refreshing. All the staff members we dealt with were very friendly and...

Rooms are clean and comfortable.Grounds are beautiful and great for birding. Resturant .there was also very good. Only thing missing from our room was a small refrigerator. Pools and jacuzzi were all well maintained. I had a massage which was arranged in separate room but an actual spa does not exist. For the price I think this Inn is very...

We honeymooned in Arenal and Puerto Viejo. The Arenal Inn was our first stop and could not have been more pleased! The private villa was immaculate and comfortable, perfect for an intimate, romantic stay. The view of the volcano was a perfect backdrop for honeymooners. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Que Rico, the restaurant on site was very...

Arenal Volcano Inn spoiled us! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds were lovely, and the restaurant on site was really quite delicious. All for very reasonable prices. It's not a "luxury" accommodation, but it's extremely clean, comfortable, and welcoming: The place has just what you need, and nothing you don't. I'd definitely recommend it to friends. Thanks,...

This was our first stop on our honeymoon. We stayed two nights and had an amazing view of the volcano from our room. The room was beautiful and came with two adorable towel swans. The staff is very attentive and the manager is always looking to improve the hotel. It's nice to see someone care that much. The restaurant can...

We stayed here 5 nights as part of a package and were very pleased. The staff were very friendly and we had great views of the volcano. We enjoyed the breakfast and the rain on the roof. Rooms were spacious and birds and braying donkey added a nice touch.

This hotel and restaurant were the perfect way to end a day of high adventure. We really enjoyed the lovely restaurant and especially the homemade desserts. Rooms are spacious, comfy beds, nice and clean. Pool and jacuzzi were great too, and of course it's always nice to have a buffet breakfast.
