I stayed in a junior suite which overlooked the volcano, most of the accomodation does. I was on first floor with a large balcony. When you enter the accomodation it is very modern with high ceilings a feature I like a lot. The bed is huge and welcoming and must say I was not disappointed with it. There is a...

Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff with a refreshing fruit drink. We stayed in a junior suite, which was very private and provided an excellent view of the volcano. The suite was well decorated, the bathroom was large and included a tropical garden in the shower. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the hot springs felt delightful. We...

We only spent two-and-a-half days in this Resort but man did we get spoiled, everything was wonderful the service, the food, the amenities. The only thing that if we could complain would be the beds are a little bit on the hard side

We were not feeling well - the staff at the hotel helped in every way - as did the local doctor and pharmacist - Look out for the iguanas near the hot springs and a variety of birds in the groundsThank you

This hotel had a swimming pool and 3 large hot springs. One of the hot springs pools had a swim up bar and a sushi. Fun place. The food at the hotel was good. The rooms are spread over a large property. They are on the small side but well done. This is an interesting part of Costa Rica and...

We returned three years later to find some room modernisation but this time we noticed far more large groups than we had seen previously seen so there was a great deal of pressure during meal times . The weather did not help either, over the New Year period it barely stopped raining so no volcano views this time round. Our...

We arrived on Friday night after a very long day of travel from the states.. when we checked in, there were hot towels and a welcome drink waiting for us. We were taken to our room by the most courteous person- really wish I could remember his name! He showed us a bottle of wine and fruit as it was...

This resort was one of the more interesting places we have stayed. It is spread out over quite a big area but golf carts are at your beck and call. It has an almost unobstructed view of the Arenal volcano and we were there when it was cloud-free. Most of the rooms are actually duplex cabins; very modern, comfortable, and...
