Arenal Springs is an attractive well-run resort with nice amenities such as wifi, 2 restaurants, nice pool and hot springs and friendly and helpful staff. Privacy is created by beautiful landscaping around each unit and our patio had rocking chairs with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano. Our room was clean and attractive but was a bit uncomfortable with the...

We arrived on the first leg of our honeymoon to this tropical paradise. The service was outstanding and friendly, the food was excellent, and the springs were splendid. At breakfast every morning the staff ran like a well oil machine clearing plates and filling the buffet. If you got tired of watching that you certainly could stare at the bird...

This was our second trip to the area. Our stay here at Arenal Springs was average in comparison to some of the other places we've stayed. The food was average nothing spectacular. The service was good but no one stood out as great. The rooms were clean, but one morning we had no water. The view of the volcano was...

The drive to the resort (at night in fog with 2 carsick kids in the car) is not something I would love to do again in the near future. Tip -if driving get a GPS. Saved a lot of aggravation. Arenal Springs was such a great place to star our vacation. Since we only had a week, I picked 2...

Coming from a well traveled couple, Arenal Springs Resort is a romantic destination with pristine property. The hot springs are on site and amazing. The way they are nestled amongst the landscaping is stunning and are secluded and romantic. Service is spectacular with unbelievable volcano views. Kudos to Romario who works at the front desk. His customer service skills are...

This resort was amazing and I could have stayed here my entire time in Costa Rica. Not only was the staff lovely from check-in to check-out on our 3 night stay, but the food was amazing and the views breathtaking. We stayed in one of the houses towards the back of the property and our balcony was totally private to...

We stayed here three nights in February 2014. The welcome by staff was friendly, especially by those on the desk. Arenal Volcano was visible from all of the straight-in-a-line cabins, but of course weather dependant; we were lucky to have some clear spells with little cloud cover. The grounds were pleasant and well maintained, if a little over-manicured; the walking...

Thank you very much for your comment, I am surprised that you comment that our gardens are extremely well care, and apparently for that reason too you did not like you at all? waooo seriously is difficult to please everyone. Not only did the weather cooperate, the rooms were amongst the nicest and largest I've stayed in. Hot tub, jaccuzi, and an outdoor shower in our room alone. Excellent service. Serves as either a romantic get away or a family friendly holiday. Plenty to do in the region. Very much worth the trip.
