Fantastic view of the volcano. Decent (yet not fabulous) restaurant. Very nice rooms and area. Good bar. Great service (very friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable staff). The front desk goes above and beyond trying to make your stay as good as it can be (they helped us arrange our trip to Monteverde as well as activity in the Volcano area).

I don't think the TripAdvisor photos do this place justice. It's a beautiful setting close (but just outside) of La Fortuna. The villas were clean, spacious, and private. They had 4 warm 'hot spring' pools that are beautifully done. They also had a cooler (read, not heated) swimming pool that our kids enjoyed swimming in between their time in the...

Very reasonably price accomondations for a family of four. Having a nicely appointed cabin lesseneds the concern about noise when traveling with a family. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was included and served in an open air dining room. The hot springs were a pleasure for both a pre-breakfast dip & a late evening relaxer....

Tgus place is a little gem. They have their own hot springs and pool and you don't need to go to Baldi or Tabacon to experience hot springs. Although they are not as elaborate as the other two they are private to the hotel guests and very quiet. The grounds are gorgeous and it was like living in a bird...

We spent two days at El Silencio del Campo which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. For far less per night than some of the other resorts, this place offers your own "house" with a view of Arenal and hot springs. The grounds were exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and...

No matter how nice a place is, you will always find some miserable person complaining about something. Sure enough, there were a couple idiots with negative things to say about this place. What a shame, because this is one hell of a beautiful place. The individual cabins / villas or whatever you want to call them were awesome. Great A/C,...

We stayed at this hotel last week for 2 nights (Nov. 1-2) while visiting the Arenal area. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant was excellent. We ate there for dinner both nights. I recommend the chicken salad with avocados! But, what really sets this hotel apart are the Hot Springs, the spa and the service. If you are...

I'm very delinquent in writing this post but my husband and I stayed here for several nights in February 2012. The grounds BEAUTIFUL! The Hot Springs AMAZING! The staff WONDERFUL-- from the front desk to the night security. We had a very early transfer from this hotel to go white water rafting and the night security staff (who didn't speak...

What an amazing experience. The website and photos on any sites Do not do this place justice, really you have to come here to experience the ambience. Welcome drink on arrival, extremely helpful and friendly in all aspects. Casita much more beautiful than we expected. Immaculate and great facility beds very comfortable. The on site springs were amazing, so peaceful...
