This was our favorite hotel of our vacation. It is a little bit away from La Fortuna (about ten to fifteen minutes by car) but the views are stunning. The first day we arrived, we opened our curtains to look out to the volcano and gorgeous plants. We also saw Toucans flying around the property among other birds. The service...

First time here and could have not been more happy with regards to location, service, cleanliness, and overall experience. The internet pictures DO NOT do this place justice. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Driver did not show up and front desk personnel were very helpful and took care of us to call them and get them there....the driving company...

This was a very luxurious and private resort graced by a magnificent view of the volcano. In fact, most of the rooms are oriented toward a view of the volcano so when you open your drapes, it's right there! Very clean, very attentive staff. No complaints whatsoever.

First time at this property, and we were not disappointed. Great location to the volcano area activities, as well as a short drive to one of our favorite towns, La Fortuna. Friendly knowledgeable staff, above average breakfast (included), fair market value for menu and cocktails. We had a low tire issue on our rental car the day we departed. The...

Very nice accommodations, most with a stunning view of the volcano. Great staff and facilities. You should take advantage of the opportunity to tour the hanging bridges. We weren't entirely happy with the food service. Breakfast was fine, but the other meals could be improved. We took in a local restaurant in town and found it affordable and satisfactory.

My husband and I stayed here along with our family members. Our stay began with a welcome drink of fresh fruit juices and it set the tone for the stay! The guest rooms are set up as bungalows with 2 units to each bungalow. We walked in and were in awe of the amazing view. The back of our bungalow...

This is the most beautifully laid out resort I have ever experienced. The rooms are set up as duplexes with large sliding glass doors facing the volcano, and what a view we had! Spectacular! Our room was large and very attractively decorated, the facilities included hot springs pools as well as regular pools, a beautiful dining room with a very...

stayed here 3-21-2014 through 3-24-2014. Grounds of the place are very nice and well kept. We had 2 junior suites- rooms were adjoining but walls are thin so you can hear everything through the bathroom walls if you don't know who is next to you when you check in, you will by the time you leave. Rooms were clean and...

As soon as we arrived, we turned to the window of our rooms and had a spectacular view of Arenal Volcano, just topped with wisps of clouds! We sat on the patio and soaked it in. Then we had dinner in the excellent open-air restaurant, surrounded by gardens and birds. Our rooms were large and clean and had garden bathrooms....

What a surprise to find this beautiful, well-apportioned hotel and spa within sight of the Arenal Volcano. Well-maintained grounds with abundant foliage and beautiful flowers were apparent throughout the property. The rooms were very spacious with a large bathroom. Very clean. Wonderful food in the terrace type dining room with a view of Arenal Volcano.
