Family was booked into this resort as part of package. This resort is top notch! Staff is amazing. We arrived at location on our 1st night after 10pm, when they lock gate, and security guard didn't notice us parked at gate until hours later. Guard was expecting us, but failed to see us. Management made up for inconvenience, without any... More

I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller in January 2016 and this was by far my favorite hotel and location in CR. The room was wonderful, the food/restaurant was great and the staff was extremely friendly! They even remembered by name from day to day! I took advantage of the pool, spa, and the excursions and I loved... More

4 nights spent here in November 2016. Really lovely hotel and spa with a really relaxed feel. The rooms are spotless and airy and the pool area with 4 individual Jacuzzi's is fantastic. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Really good breakfast and onsite restaurant and for those inclined, it's a scenic 30 minute walk into central... More

This hotel is marvelous. The rooms are very spacious, which are spotless and clean. The food in the pool bar and breakfast is very good and features a lot of choice. the hotel has a big pool and 4 (!) Jacuzzis with different temperature which makes going to a hot spring facility redundant so we just spent a morning bathing... More

Definitely a nice place to visit. We got upgraded to a junior suite with an amazing view on the vulcano. Room is clean and modern. Restaurant served breakfast and dinner and we were positively surprised. The food was good and affordable. The place also offers a spa and hot tubs. Nice to relax after a day tour. The three stars... We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was the perfect place to do all of the sites in Fortuna and Arenal. The town was very close by and the sites were no more than a 20 min drive. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was all wonderful and friendly, especially... More

What a gem! Located just 30 minutes on foot from downtown La Fortuna, this boutique hotel has small lodging units, clean and comfortable rooms with ample space, a nice pool, several hot tubs, a nice little nature walking trail, and a restaurant with great food and very friendly staff. This place was incredible. We did all of our excursions in the La Fortuna area from here. Room was nice and clean, views of arenal volcano. Nice little nature hike around the property. Pool was standard, with a small waterfall and bar (bartender Melvin was great!). Great happy hour with delicious and cheap bar food. 4 hot spring-like jacuzzi which... More
