Nice hotel just outside La Fortuna center with wonderful pool area (incl. whirlpools). Nice outlook from rooms and breakfast area to hotel garden with lots of birds. Friendly staff. Quite pricey restaurant.

Room was rustic and charming, comfortable beds The grounds were just gorgeous, tropical plants and birds everywhere The hidden private in ground hot tubs were a very nice and relaxing touch Drawbacks: Location - not close to town (2 km rural walk), restaurant is pricey and your only choice should you not want to leave the comfort of the hotel....

We had a wonderful time at Casa Luna. We went white water rafting on the Balsa river through one of their tours. It was a blast. We also got their honeymoon massage. What a treat, to get a fantastic massage and listen to the noises of the rainforest. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and our...

The hotel was an excellent base for us to explore the Arenal area. It was a few kilometres outside the local town of La Fortuna, but for $5-6 e/w you could get a taxi into the town which had an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was a lovely retreat after a busy day of exploring and...

This place is amazing! You don't even need to book a hotspring day anymore, as the hotel has a couple of jacuzzis surrounded by the jungle :) Staff is really nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy, but the view is the best! With the volcano on the background and hummingbirds all over the place!

Nice location near but not in La Fortuna. However, not isolated, still have nearby neighbors. Staff was very responsive. When we came back from a tour to a horrible smell, they staff sent us to the pool with free drinks while they got their neighbor to stop burning trash.
