Mixed feelings about this hotel, where we stayed 2 nights. Staff were good, the surrounding countryside and views too, and the place interesting in several different ways: it's set in a farm with friendly animals and corners for children to explore, a fire pit, somewhat jumbled but extensive flower gardens, and the various buildings are varied, original and functional. The...

The hotel and room is marvelous, the scenery is breathtaking. The rooms are very convineant and beautiful, great bed and facilities, it was definitely one of the best rooms we had in our 2 weeks stay in Costa Rica. It's just 10 minutes from the Poas volacano, 15 min from La Paz waterfall and 10 min to a great steak...

Because of the altitude this hotel is much cooler than much of Costa Rica. Bring a sweater at a minimum. It does warm up during the day. Rooms are luxury with well thought out details. We truly enjoyed the breakfast and the room. The views are out standing and the gardens magnificent. The surrounding dairy adds real charm.

Small farm hotel located near to Volcan Poas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best one we had throughout three weeks in Central America. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The staff and family were very helpful and friendly. We stayed there without a rental car, which worked out easier than expected. Our taxi...

I loved this place from the minute we drove into the territory of the hotel. It is SOOO cute. It looks like a little garden/farm with animals like donkeys, calfs, chickens and dogs. The owner of the hotel is an architect and he designed the place very smartly. Every room is unique and beautiful. He is also a painter and...

This property has a nice location close to the waterfalls and Poas volcano. Our room was very comfortable; there was a little electric fire place which made the room even more cozy. A variety of animals are on the property which was nice to see and hear. Breakfast was filling and very good. Glad we chose to stay here!
