It looks a bit dingy from the outside and check-in was slow as it's organized through the restaurant/bar below, but once inside, it's a nice, clean place. It's so hard to find anything in Cartago. There almost no hotels and those few are partly "hour-hotels" and partly in a very bad neighborhoods (northern). This place is very noisy as there is a bar in the first floor. The bar host unpleasant drunk locals and it's not a pleasant place to stay. Simple double room costs crazy 50$!...

We decided to take a risk and we didnt invite place in Cartago. It was a big mistake because almost there are NOT places to stay. Finally we used the lonly planet and found something. It was O.K: nice pepole, nice room, great location. But The value is a little disappoint.
