The free WiFi worked well in our room and in the lobby - we had a deluxe room.We did enjoy a few meals off property in local towns of Playa Hermosa and Playa del Coco which were affordable and delicious.
Breakfast is included in the rate.This is a Hotel/Motel vibe with a great buffet breakfast, great pool, great staff, and an quick/easy location to walk to the relaxed beach of Playa Hermosa.
This hotel has beautiful grounds (with lots of birds and iguanas), a nice pool, and a restaurant with good pizza. Located about two blocks from the beach. The villas are great. All located at ground level with...Off Playa Hermosa beach by 2 blocks, this place has the best of both worlds; the beach is there any time you want it (and it’s Really Great!), but a peaceful, Quiet, and relaxing spot to return to.
Free breakfast was delicious - your choice of main, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, and a platter of sweet fruits!The villa is a dream come true in the tropics, including wildlife Food was OK, not great... specially the Xmas dinner try La Forketta Rest at Potrero Beach instead!

No vale lo que cobra
No vale lo que cobra. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, en una propiedad no tan atractiva, no incluye desayuno y está muy lejos de la playa. El dueño es muy simpático, pero no se justifica el precio.

For this Price, se love it
We love it, but it is 15 minutes walk to the beach or the center of Coco. So we would only recommend Toucan House if you have a car, a motorbike or a VTT. What we like is no noise and nice people. And that is what we got.
