We just spent five days in the Captain's Suite and were very satisfied. The basic rooms are small, with a good bed, good A/C, fan, small refrigerator and bath with shower. The suite has a tub/shower, A/C in each room, wall safe, large refrigerator, bar area, bar sink, microwave, coffee maker, nice balcony area with table & chairs and very...

Finally we made our way to Flamingo beach, because we were told it has the best beach in Costa Rica, after we entered this small exclusive town, the first place we saw was Mariner Inn and decided to stay there....

Location of Mariner Inn is situated right in the central of Playa Flamingo and apparently the area of Playa Flamingo has a long time reputation of being expensive - however, that is not the case with Mariner Inn....

Situated right in the heart of Playa Flamingo, this hotel is a pleasure to visit and have a few ice cold beers and enjoy a good meal. One of their specialties is the Mexican food on the menu. Larry, the owner is very friendly to everyone. The "Spreader Bar" here is a popular watering hole for people who live in...

I stayed here in March with my brother on his first trip to CR. We had a great trip and were happy with our choice of hotels. We are not budget-minded people, but we also don't care for resort type accomodations either. The Mariner is more of a Bar/Restaurant with a handful of rooms attached. It was clean and reasonably...
