This is a wonderful facility run for the last 18 years by Laurie, an ex-pat from New England. The house is located in a residential part of the town. Laurie is an exceptionally friendly host. She comes out to warmly greet the guests and even tries to help you carry the luggage, which we had to politely refuse. She's full...

Laurie is a wonderful hostess --her house is beautiful and very interesting. Tapas on the deck were great fun, and breakfast was fantastic. I was with my 14-year-old grandson, and he enjoyed the pool at the nearby country club, but otherwise there was not that much for a teenager to do on site.

Laurie's place was the last night of our wonderful trip in Costa Rica and we were so disappointed that we did not plan more time here. What a fun place to explore and just look around at all the art and souvenirs that she has collected in all her journeys. I can't say enough about what a neat house and...

We absolutely loved staying at the bed and breakfast. Laurie helped us with whatever we needed and Miriam was such good help. It was clean with hot water, amazing breakfasts, close to the airport, safe, large with a great balcony, and a river running next to it that made for beautiful noise. We enjoyed our time there so much that...

Laurie and Mirium go beyond the call of duty. The house is magnificant! Laurie is one of the kindest people I have encountered. Her helper, Mirium, is wonderful. Laurie cooked special meals for me due to my extensive dental work. I highly recommend the b&b to everyone! Safe and close to attractions. I hope Laurie is still there in January....

This B&B is well located in a nice neighborhood that is very close to the airport and fairly close to coffee plantations and Poas Volcano. Laurie and Miriam were very sweet and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We stayed here for our last night in the country after 8 days exploring Guanacaste, Tenorio, Arenal and Central Valley. It...

This is a great B&B within a few minutes of the airport. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Laurie was great. She seems to take a personal interest in all her guests. Breakfast was generous (fruit, toast, bacon, eggs and pico gallo). We stayed at another B&B in San Jose at the end of our trip and wished we had...

Stayed here 4 years ago. Glad we stayed here when we passed through San Jose again last month. Laurie, the owner, does a great job making her guests feel welcome. Her place is clean, neat and, artistically decorated. Its very convenient to the San Jose airport. We highly recommend it.
