Stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed every one. Loved the double room by the pool, especially the outside lounging area and the hammocks. Rooms were very clean, food was excellent, home cooked and with local fruits a nice touch at breakfast. Staff was always pleasant and friendly. But then what else would you expect in Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here very much. The room was spacious and the bathroom huge! The restaurant food was amazing. Fresh flowers and fresh fruit every day. Walk across the road and there is the Caribbean ocean with beaches that went forever. Very quiet location but easy access to highway and Cahuita. Our only complaint is we couldn't...

Carolina and I were travelling to Costa Rica on our second trip to this beautiful Country. Trip started poorly what with Hurricane Otto having hit the week prior. On arrival however we were greeted with smiles and much attention from the owner and his partner, Meli ( I apologize if I have spelled your name incorrectly.) Meli your smile is...

When we arrived we thought we struck gold. Run more like a Bed & Breakfast by the owner and his girlfriend's family, we initially felt welcomed and even spent a couple evenings hanging out in the restaurant with the owners. We booked the Deluxe Suite, which consisted of what we thought was a spacious living room, bedroom, and bathroom. There...

We stayed a couple nights and would highly recommend the accommodations, seafood (excellent menu options), drinks (best pina coladas and mojitos ever), and the hospitality. Beautiful host family! Great location and beach access! Rooms have comfortable beds, hot water, and air conditioning. We went to nearby Puerto Viejo de Talamanca for ziplining and down the road to the Sloth Sanctuary...

The rooms are fresh, thx to the air-conditioner. The owner is as much nice as the waitress. I really love that place. It's really comfortable here and very clean. The national park is near. The sea too. So no need to worry. Don't miss it!

What a lovely place! Our room was so comfortable, clean and COOL! Air conditioning works great, and there is a small frig in the room. The attached restaurant is fabulous! The chef is not only a gem, his food is amazing! Loved playing with the resident dogs (which seemed to increase during our stay.) My 22 year old daughter loved...

Excellent place to stay and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. The owner and all of the staff helped with anything we required. Can't wait for the restaurant to start up. We will be back in August and look forward to another great stay.

This was a quick trip, the hotel was ok... The room had air conditioner, mirror, closet... We didn't get soap, when we ask for it we had to wait around 45 minutes to get it, no shampoo on the bathroom... We also find cockroaches in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok... If you ask me I won't visit this place...

We loved this place from the very start. Relaxed, laid back and comfortable, it was close enough to bike to Cahuita for dinner but far enough from the noise and traffic to truly relax. Our first night we left the lights on in our rental car, killing the battery. The next day the owner made sure to track down jumper...
