Nice place in many respects but the bedding and bath towels need to be replaced yesterday. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. Not the best for couples but the monkeys here are better than the park wildlife for sure. Monkeys wake you very early.

We had a good time staying here. Plenty on wildlife roaming on the grounds. Certainly good for the price and close beach access where I seen the most beautiful sunset I've sever seen. I would stay away from the food and drinks at the pool bar. Drinks were made with whole fruits but they only have a regular blender which...

This hotel was more like a guest house with friendly staff.Good airconditioning and fan but breakfast served outdoors so mozzy spray needed. They also have a 'taco bar'. But you might see the lovely squirrel monkeys that pass through and lounge in the hotel trees which you wouldn't see inside.. Basic breakfast. Small but adequate and clean pool. No sunloungers...

Right across from a beautiful beach and a 10 minute stroll to the park. Woke up to about 30 monkeys in the trees out front. Just awesome. The tacos at the taco bar were great. Our room had three double beds for the 5 of us which made it a little tight, but being so close to the beach and...

This is not a cushy hotel but it is set backing the jungle which is very nice. We saw many monkeys very close up one of the days during breakfast. That seems to be the highlight of this hotel. The beach is very nice, a short walk and the hotel accommodations were okay for the price, rooms clean and breakfast...

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. They made us feel welcome and helped us book excursions. My son wanted to see wildlife and we saw more monkeys at the hotel than anywhere else. Not fancy but perfect for us.

We were not expecting this wonderful stay. At a hotel. Sitting on the front porch there have been imonkeys above in The trees. It has been a truly jungle atmosphere. Everything is quite organized and the hosts are very friendly as are the kitchen and cleaning staff. I love the laminated card provided to you at the beginning so that...

Charming, small hotel with the jungle at your back door and the beach at your front door. Not only was the setting perfect, the staff was absolutely wonderful both friendly and helpful. Be sure to enjoy "Jackie's" tacos and pina coladas poolside. I hurt my foot and the staff brought me icepacks and helped me hobble around - over the...

We checked in and could not stay here. The sheets and towels were actually dirty. When I pulled back the sheets, there were small bugs in the bed. Everything was dirty and dingy. The staff were indifferent and rude to the point of cruelty. My son has allergies to dust and dirt and started to have difficulty breathing. Again the...

It is rare that I even spend my time or effort to respond to these kinds of comments but when someone disrespects and verbaly abuses my staff just because their having a bad day it deserves a bit of attention. This response is for those honest travellers looking to enjoy a great time here in Costa Rica respecting the nature...

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel - clean comfortable rooms and a nice pool. Also, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast also, and lots of jungle noises in the evening. The entrance to M.A. park is very close by, and there are also lots of restaurants and markets nearby, and a short trail...
