We stayed 1 week at the hotel and we were pleasant surprised apart from the room, see later. The bar areas and restaurants are well appointed with great views. We made use of the free hotel shuttle bus into Manuel Antonio town and also when we went into the national park. The last bus into town is 5.35pm, so go...

Hotel Parador was our last stop of the vacation. We stayed for 3 nights. Check-in was OK; our concierge was not overly friendly. I booked a Garden Room and after seeing the room decided it would not meet our needs. I called the front desk and was asked why I wanted to change rooms and I explained I was expecting...

I struggled a bit with how many stars to give this resort, but decided it deserved four for being a great place for families to enjoy Manuel Antonio, the beaches and adventure activities. Our room was comfortable and best of all, except for one night, had great A/C. Be sure your settings are right. Service was great--always prompt and friendly....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Parador. The room was very clean and housekeeping was very attentive. The grounds are spectacular and the views are incredible. We ate every night in the bar and the food was delicious. Our only wish was that they had a private beach, although the pool was wonderful.

We booked Hotel Parador online as it was one of the few resorts in the area that were family friendly. We drove down from SJO which was rather long because of single lane traffic rather than distance, but the stretch between Quepos and Parador was tortuous if not treacherous especially if you arrive after dark. Checking in was relatively straight...

Hotel Parador is a beautiful property somewhat removed from the craziness of Manuel Antonio and Quepos. Facilities and service are quite good. The pools were nice, and the poolside bar provided good drinks and snacks. It was fun to see monkeys, sloths and gorgeous birds as we walked around on the nature trail. The hotel provides some shuttle service, but...

We stayed 4 nights here and loved everything about it. We (me, hubby, and 7 and 9 year old kiddos) were upgraded to a beautiful suite overlooking the ocean. We saw monkeys and scarlet macaws off our balcony every morning. The family pool was warm and clean and inviting. The food at the restaurant was as good as anything in...

We went for a week to celebrate my husbands birthday and found the place to be delightful. The two restaurants are very good. Their tour desk very helpful (take any Iguana Tour, avoid Ocean King catamaran); food is lovely; service in all departments was excellent. It is very close to the very beautiful Manuel Antonia National Park and the beaches...

This hotel has a LOT of potential, but really needs to do some work on their facilities, rooms, dining, and especially service! We arrived here after 4 days in Arenal (highly recommend the Kioro hotel) and had already experiences soooo much friendliness and helpfulness everywhere we had been, but when we arrived at Parador, that seemed to stop at the...

Upon our arrival, we checked into our room and it was fine, I had requested an ocean view and there was a partial one. This was in the older building. So we requested to be in the newer building with a larger room. The staff was very accommodating and we paid for the upgrade and it was the best decision!...
