My husband and I stayed here at the start of our honeymoon and it couldn't have been a better beginning. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and often went the extra mile to help. We enjoyed the food we had, the breakfasts in particular were the best we had on our whole trip. The view from our balcony was extremely...

Spent the last of our CR vacation here. Rooms are nice. We had tropical rooms which had a very small view of the ocean. And I am not sure when the people got the photos with the flowers and towel animals on the beds- we didn't see any of that. Also, they do have a guest laundry, but it costs...

We stayed here the first leg of our trip to Costa Rica and upon pulling into the gate after a long day of travel I could not have been more relieved. The website totally does not sell this place fully. It has an INCREDIBLE nature walk located on the property that you can walk freely in, and get a guided...

Spent 3 nights here in a suite with a jacuzzi...nuff said (but I guess I'll say more anyway). The hospitality was exceptional. It was truly a pleasure to interact with everyone at the reception area. They always had a smile on their face, which was very contagious. I forget his name (unfortunately), but there was a new guy who I...

This was our last stop on our 10 day trip in Costa Rica. Unfortunately this was our worst too. There is no doubt that you get splendid views from the hotel, but if you choose a garden room like us, you would feel you are going into a dungeon. The room itself was clean but the water would not drain...

We just returned from Costa Rica. We had some isues with our personal affects that we discovered upon arrival at the Parador. As soon as we reported it, Rafael at the front desk kicked into action, contacting our tour company, setting us up with Silvia in Customer Service that helped me for several hours to cancel credit cards in the...

We just returned from our honeymoon in Costa Rica and Hotel Parador was our first stop. I have to say, they completely spoiled us for the rest of the trip! We are so happy you chose us for your honeymoon! The abundance of wildlife on our property is something very unique to Parador Resort & Spa: we have three types of monkeys living on our grounds as well as two and three toed sloths, plus we’ve secured in our rainforest habitation for Scarlet Macaws to propagate and thrive in an...

Arrived late at night after a very long bus ride from the airport. Took the 10-minute walk to the hotel's beach and discovered the bio-luminescence in the water.
