I found a fantastic taxi driver who had tremendous knowledge of history and tourism who took me to the Manuel Antonio Hotel at the entrance of the Manuel Antonio National Park. The hotel is exactly across from the beach, so no auto is necessary after checking in. Each room has 2 double beds and a lanai. The owners plan to...

After a day touring the park we stopped at the Manuel Antonio Hotel's restaurant and the food was great and cheap!! Definitely would eat here again! I had the nachos and my friend had the casado! Nice place to stop and eat while people watching!!!

This hotel is right next door to the Manuel Antonio National Park. You have to pay $10 US per person to access the park but well worth the cost. There is a hike of about 1/2 mil on a fairly easy dirt/gravel road to the beach with many sights along the way. For another $50 US you can hire a...

This hotel is located at the entrance (and exit) of Manual Antonio Park. The rooms overlook a pretty beach and a pleasant courtyard. There is HOT WATER, which is important for anyone who has spent some time in CR. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious, and attached restaurant is reasonably priced and provides good homecooked meals.

The place is in a perfect location, too bad you could be in better condition. Warm welcome but the treatment we received value for money really was cheating. Much remains to be done even if the place really has great potential. Sea is the best of it. I hope helps serve the owners, this is totally constructive criticism. Manuel Antonio...

We had a nice time at the national park and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little worn out and the beds were hard, but that seems to be pretty common in Costa Rica. It was quite and there wasn't much to do at night, but the virgin beaches made it all worth it.

I gave this hotel a two star because of their location directly across from the ocean and their effort at cleanliness. However this hotel is very old and by US standards akin to an old roadside motel 6. Old comforters, plastic chairs, and a very basic shower stall and somewhat functioning commode. The staff was cheerful and helpful with tour information....

Just came back from Manuel Antonio. Tell you what. If you were to take a cab into the city, they would likely drive you right here... End of the road. Right by the beach. Honestly, there are a couple of beautiful resorts up the road from the resorts, but if you are there for the beach, this is your spot....

Maybe it is because I am an American tourist but I come to expect simple things from a hotel. Like free ice for the room, especially when a fridge is not included. Breakfast was included but the typical breakfast, which is what we were supposed to get, was only provided on the second day. The wifi signal was only really...

Our adventure started off with getting picked up by our driver, Marvin, at the airport. Our trip from the airport to the hotel took a bit longer than 2.5 hours, but that was because he showed us some great things along the way (macaws, toucans, great view of the pacific, crocodiles, and stopping for some mango smoothies). We were happy...
