My husband and I came to El Remanso for our honeymoon last September. We can't say enough good things about our experience at El Remanso. The service was wonderful -- all the staff there are very happy, sweet and professional. Everything felt very personalized and we felt like VIPs the whole time! We saw Adriana and Daniel often during our...

Situated in the Rain Forest with views of the Pacific Ocean, El Remanso in the Osa Peninsula is outstanding for service, location and accommodation. High levels of hospitality were sustained throughout our stay. From our veranda, we observed Howler and Spider monkeys feeding in nearby trees and a 'resident' male iguana stretched out on branches near our cabin. Among the...

surrounded by the most stunning nature we have experienced wonderful days at El Remanso. The passion and care of every single team member at the lodge is outstanding and nothing is asked too much. The food is excellent and the variety leaves no wishes open. It feels like much more than a holiday, it feels like days spent in paradise.

Our stay at El Remanso Lodge was a fantastic experience. The service was top-notch and the rooms and surrounding grounds were beautiful and relaxing. While there we walked on the beach nearby- which we practically had to ourselves, we did hiking on the grounds (which included a suspension bridge) and we were able to see wildlife practically outside our bedroom...

the staff couldn't do enough for us here. the location is stunning. the property has its own beach, rooms are, effectively, tree-houses, and you really are in the middle of the rainforest here - being woken up by howler monkeys each morning, lots of wildlife spotting trips to be had and many walks to be taken. Small, but lovely, pool...

From start to finish we could not have felt more welcome. It was here we finally saw the wildlife we'd been hoping for. The lodge is situated in a stunning setting in the forest with a beautiful vista down to the ocean. Loads of space to roam, and plenty to do if that's your inclination. Otherwise just chilling by the...

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we were greeted at Puerto Jimenez airport. The staff were all so friendly and efficient. We did some guided trips with Marlin which were excellent. Afterwards we managed to spot some things ourselves along the trails. The food was wonderful with excellent local ingredients and reasonable drinks. Our accommodation had...
