Having been there in both the wet season (Nov) and dry season (Feb) we definitely preferred Nov. Everything is green and lush and the flowers are in there prime. Feb was the opposite - grass was brown, very few flowers and the trees were sad looking. The dust from the dirt roads was insane;we were covered and had to wash our feet constantly. Due to the hurricane in Nov all fishing was cxl'd when we were at CB so can't comment on that.
