My partner and I spent 10 days traveling around Costa Rica, and we enjoyed this hotel the most by far! Inside it is quite beautiful - lots of vegetation, immaculate infinity pool, and fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. We stayed in Room 11, which had a kitchen (though we never used it - we ate out most nights). The...

My bf and I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2013. We stayed in Room 9. This hotel was pretty much what I expected after reading the reviews and seeing photos. I had been in Manuel Antonio before, so pretty much got what I expected. We were there during low season, so there were only about 6 or 7...

This was my second time staying at Villa Roca. Stayed for six nights. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and property well maintained. Got the room with a full kitchen but ended up eating out every night. Was still nice to have fridge, stove, and microwave in the room.

We stayed 12 nights at Villa Roca, room 6b during the Christmas season 2012 and had a great time. Everything was perfect! The breakfast is nicely prepared to order and staff is very friendly and attentive. The pool is perfectly situated with a stunning view; frankly, it's difficult to leave it! The view of the ocean in the day or...

I stayed four nights at the end of two week tour to Guatemala and Costa Rica. It was timed perfectly because I really relaxed here. I happened to make friends with a couple from my US hometown, spent much time on one of the most beautiful beaches I've experienced, enjoyed happy hour at the pool, toured a nature reserve right...

After spending eight nights in one of the most beautiful places on earth, I have a lot to say about Manuel Antonio and Villa Roca (VR). VR has amazing views, beautiful gardens, a wonderful horizon pool, a Mykonos-like aesthetic, and a majority of staff that is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. (Notice that I used the word "majority.") But, it is...

Have been coming to the property for over 10 years when it was completely different from today. They've been supporting the gay market and seem to know what we like. This time was Cabin 4, right at the top of the property tucked away with "the" view. Perfect for a single. Very clean, which has always been my experience. WiFi...

Spent four days and three nights at Villa Roca. Room was spotless, service friendly and helpful. The views of Manuel Antonio are spectacular. I also recommend the Sunset Catamaran Cruise with host Moises. They can set it up for you at the hotel, and it is a great way to get out on the ocean for a few hours.

Thank you so much. We really appreciate your nice comment and we are very happy that you had a great time with us. About the bar: During day time many of our guests are in the National Park, on the beach or doing a tour. Therefore it makes more sense to open the bar in the afternoon when the guys...
