The accomodation is basic, but also not expensive. The pictures are not true to reality, the rooms are smaller than they seem. The bathroom was clean, but shared with several rooms (toilet incl.) , causing some waiting times. The location is very good, walking distance from the city center.

Ich hatte einen super Aufenthalt im Guesthouse. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett bequem, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit, Einkaufsmöglichkeit/Restaurants/Bars/ATMs sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, um die Ecke ist ein großer Park und der Bus (TUASA) zum Flughafen hält vor der Haustüre. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt und ich würde mich ohne Zweifel wieder für dieses Guesthouse entscheiden. Kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!

Honestly, we had a lovely stay here and we even returned for our last night in costa rica before our flight. At the arrival we got pickpocketed in a bus from the airport and the guys from delcafetalcr took us to the police station, waited for us something like 2 hours until we were done with the report and took us back to the hostel. We can't thank them enough! They can also sell you a sim card and activate it for you. We used them for the transfer to the airport and transfer to a bus station in SJO. They are trustworthy, kind, friendly and the shared bathrooms get cleaned very often. The icing on the cake? Their cute cat Emma, sometimes she is around and she is very sweet. We would definitely choose them again :) take care guys Isabel & David
