Check in was good. Check out was fast. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. The view was amazing! We could see the park, being on the 9th floor. Breakfast was delicious. Walking distance from Soda Tapia and Mas x Menos.

This hotel is located very centrally in the San Jose area. The restaurant had morning buffet breakfast included in our package which was a good spread of local and continental items, fruits and juices. The service was also good. We did not have other meals in the restaurant but they had a full service bar and restaurant.
There were some good restaurants within 4-6 short blocks from the Hotel. The Major attractions like the Jade Museum, The central Market and The Museum were within 10 minute taxi ride from this hotel.
This was our transition hotel before and after our tour in Costa Rica.
The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. The washroom and bathroom are well stocked with basic lToiletries
The receptionist on duty in the morning was very nice and helpful. The receptionist in the night shift was nice but not very cooperative.
The hotel was supposed to arrange for our transport to the airport at 2.0 am, however this was not arranged and even though our agent sent a copy of the e-mail confirming the agreement, the receptionist was not willing to do much other than order two small taxis for six persons with six baggages and ask us to pay for the taxis.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel not only for overnight stay but also for longer stays for couples and families.

We were on Titan tour. About 25 mins walk to city centre, otherwise not much more to say about the location other than it is in a mixed commercial/residential district with a number of restaurants nearby and a small supermarket. Pool is at the back surrounded by tall buildings, is very small with only a few sun loungers and little sunshine penetrates. Rooms have a minibar and the price of a full bottle of wine is $15, which is good value compared to restaurants where the price of a glass of wine is $12. Room TVs have no English channels but can get one or two American ones. In-room safe is free. WIFI is free. Bar has a happy hour (which lasts for several hours) and is good value. Breakfasts comprise two or at most three fresh fruits, cereal, teas, coffee. Hot food (although not very hot) is rice/beans, suasage, scrambled egg, casava, toast. Single travellers were given room with two double beds, whereas couples were given one king bed.

Due to being in San Jose for dental procedures and the dental office was just a 10 minute walk away. It features with a pool and jacuzzi. We were able to get a 12 floor room, and has a great view of sunrise and the night profile of San Jose facing North. The one cleaning staff for our room, would add some special touches, such as creating pretty patterns with the bed scarf, and remembered when we had our second stay that I had a special way of organizing my bathroom junk, which I did not do the second time. She fixed it up the way I like, facilitating the organization. I thought this was very thoughtful of her. Most other staff was accommodating. Front desk was helpful. The buffet breakfast, included, was very good. Typical food, fresh fruit all served by staff efficiently and included local cheeses, fruit, and meats, and more. Of course Gallo Pinto. WE ordered up dinner twice and both times thought it was less than averaging. Had one complaint during total of 10 days, and management was good in getting it handled, and gave us 2 bottles of complimentary water. Please note, the pool is not heated and the jacuzzi has no active jets that create more that low, very low bubbling action. The room is nice and large, couple of chairs, big windows for the great view, and terrific shower head great water pressure.

We only stayed for one night before moving on but we liked this place because of the beds (extremely comfortable) and the staff who were very accommodating. We never had time to use the pool so can’t comment on that. We had an evening meal here which was reasonably priced and very tasty - chicken and rice

Nice hotel with very clean rooms, friendly staff, and good facilities and big parking. The pool is quite small but nice, although there are only four sun-beds around it which is not enough for an 8 storey hotel. The gym is small but well equipped. The down side I found is that, like in most places in Cost Rica, food and beverages are ridiculously priced. A bottle of water in your room will cost you USD $6, a sandwich $14. The breakfast offer is varied and satisfying, although again, extras come at great expense: cappuccino is not included. Yes coffee is free, but frothing a bit of milk will cost you $3.
Still, rooms are not expensive, location is nice and I’d probably go again.

Staying for two nights, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit non-descript, but there are quite a few restaurants close by, and the hotel gives a walking map showing the way to these, and to the centre. Our standard room was large, with a good view over the city. It was comfortable, and with a very-well designed bathroom (lots of shelf space). We ate in the Bar and Grill both evenings and the food was better than expected (beware if you put the charge on your room bill, a service charge will be added: I didn’t see any warning of this). Breakfasts were also good, with a fairly wide choice. Apart from an officious man controlling entry to breakfast on the second morning, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location for visiting the town on foot. We had a big room on the 12th floor (1209) but internet was not good and you have to call and ask for water bottles. Guys at the reception were perfect (thank you Victor and Mario) and couldn't do enough for you, spoke very good English as well (which was a blessing as our Spanish is quite basic), made us reservations at a nearby restaurant, gave us directions, organised our covid test in the room. Enjoyed the hotel mostly, but think the breakfast could be much much better.I asked for a pear from the bowl but they told me it was plastic and only for decorative purposes. Half an hour later a plate of bananas suddenly appears (somebody's brain started working). You ask for decaf coffee and they say there isn't any, you insist, then there is, the next day same scenario, no we don't have any, I will ask, oh yes here it is... It really is almost like having breakfast in a prison. Your day starts with a struggle. You have to ASK for yoghurt, the cereal dispenser is empty... On the second day the bread rolls were clearly left over from the day before or the day before that because they were dry and almost impossible to cut into. The lady serves you bits of fruit as if they are made of pure gold. I complained but the food and beverage manager wasn't there and neither was the general manager. Sorry Radisson. This is not what we are used to from a hotel with your name on it.

We were staying at the hotel on the first and the last nights of our stay in Costa Rica- between these dates we were travelling around the country for nearly 2 weeks. As I had a heavy coat and scarf from England; I asked the hotel if they had the facility to securely store these items while we travelled. They said yes, and gave me a ticket for the items. You can imagine that I was very unhappy to return on the last night to find that they had lost my beautiful scarf. While I have been promised that they would look into the matter, and either return the scarf to me or reimburse me for a replacement (I'd really rather have the scarf back..), I have heard nothing from the hotel since our return a week ago. I had given them the exact date and time (within a few minutes) of when I had given them the items to store, and I had been reassured that the CCTV system would identify their location. I am still waiting.

We stayed at the Park Inn for 3 nights. The hotel was comfortable but about 20 minute walk from town. On checkout all was fine and we had no charges for services. However the next day the hotel charged my credit card for what I was later informed was mini bar use that we never incurred. We contacted Radisson customer services who made numerous attempts to get the Park Inn to investigate including escalating to their manager, but at no point did they even reply. It looks like we have to accept that I will not get a refund to this incorrect credit card charge. Very unprofessional and not what would be expected of a Radisson hotel.

I hate to say this but I suggest that you stay in the safety of the Park Hotel. If you decide to venture outside make sure it is daytime — San Jose is not the safest city and ( in my view ) the hotel is so comfortable and safe that your best bet is too rest up for the ne t leg of your journey .. the big tourist attraction - a market in the centre of the city - is very ordinary and crowded and my daughter got food poisoning ! We made the mistake of walking back to the hotel after dark and a pack of teenage boys threw rocks at us when we did not give them any $s — all in all San Jose is not a good place to visit however we loved the hotel itself ,
