We stayed at Casa 69 for 3 nights and were very impressed. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bathroom was nice, lots of hot water, and good pressure. The bed was very comfortable. We went to Limoncellos for dinner and the food was very good at a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful and even gave us...

Casa 69, a Boutique Hotel/B&B, was our first stop in San Jose. Ralph, Lola and others were very hospitable and helpful. Our room was bright and clean; great coffee and fresh fruit for breakfast. Casa 69 is also located within comfortable walking distance of the National Museum, the National Theatre and the Pre-Columbian Gold Museum. In the downtown area Central...

Stayed there again for a pit stop on the way home on our last trip. The owner, Donna, was out of town but there were a couple new hires who took great care of us. Needed a 4am wake up call to get to the airport and we were pleasantly surprised with not only a wake up knock on our...

We've been staying at this B and B for four years now-have made three trips to San Jose-and it's definitely the best place to stay in terms of service and value. The staff for the most part are great, Ralph is amazing -friendly and helpful and will do everything he can to make sure you are comfortable and that your...

It took us forever to find this hotel (we were driving), and when we finally found the place, we almost decided not to go see the room (the blue door and neon 69 are not the most attractive), but we were very glad we stayed! The room we stayed in (king size bed and queen size bed with private terrace)...

Charming and lovely! I stayed at Casa 69 for a week with my boyfriend for a romantic getaway. I am so glad we stayed here. It is exotic and tropical but with all the comforts of home - home, only better! The staff was wonderful and so accomodating. They treated us like royalty. I felt comfortable from the moment I...

A pleasant place to stay in SJ. Good room, good shower, safebox in room, high security, Wifi in common area (but not in room). Breakfast is fruit, juice, coffee, bread and jam/honey. The location is about 20 minute4 walk from centre of SJ. The staff are very helpful and kind (with one exception), and do their best to help you...

Casa 69 is a hidden gem in San Jose. When we arrived in San Jose and were dropped in front of the hotel all we saw was a blue door with the number 69 on it. I thought, uh oh, what is this place. But behind that blue door is a charming hotel with some nice touches. We stayed our...
