This could be a good place, because the rooms are actually big and quite nice. In reality though it's quite neglected and obvious that there's only infrequently people staying there and because of that also not very clean. The owner lives in rarotonga, an older lady "takes care" of the place for him. That means she picks you up at...

We spent two days at Kopeka Lodge and were the only guests that time. The units are spacious and provide everything for self catering. The garden is beautiful and you will see lots of birds like the Chattering Kingfisher there. The owner lives on Rarotonga and you have to make arrangements to pay him before you go. On the island...

This lodge is a series of beautiful little two-bedroom cabins (with polished wooden floors and handmade wooden furniture) in a large garden. There are comfortable outdoor tables and chairs under huge mango trees out the front. You are a long way from the centre of Atiu (around 3km), which means it is extremely peaceful. My family went to Rarotonga for a two week adventure. We found a wealth of fun activities on Raro, including scuba, snorkeling, jungle hiking, shopping for black pearl jewelry and eating.
