Stayed in paradise for four nights, wish we had more time. Amuri Sands was even better than we expected. You only share your own private beach with one other couple. Wonderful, Mark is the perfect host. Fresh fruit, bookings made, snorkling gear on loan with a warm welcome at the airport. Go, chill out and enjoy paradise.

We spent seven nights Sept 9-16, and loved this piece of paradise. As all the other reports say, Mark is a wonderful host, from the airport pick up to the drop off, wonderful. The gardens around the two units provided me with plenty great shots of the local flora and fauna. We went mainly to snorkel, and we were not...

Spend 4 nights here and would definitely stay again. Mark our host greeted us at the airport and helped us with scooter hire. Room was clean and adequate for our needs and would definitely stay here again.

My beautiful new Wife & I spent a week at Amuri Sands mid July for our Honeymoon. We were greeted by Mark with our beautiful flower garlands & so started our Aitutaki adventure! As everyone has already mentioned, Mark is a great host. Able to book whatever you want to do & puts up the tides & weather forecast each...

We spent 3 days here and really enjoyed our time! Mark went out of his way to be very kind and the property is beautiful and clean. We rented a scooter through Mark and had a great time snorkeling with TeKing. The water colors here are spectacular! Also enjoyed wonderful fish and chips at Puffys and a great lunch at...

After a butt-numbing ten hour flight from California, a rainy layover in Rarotonga, and another fifty minute flight courtesy of a rather young looking pilot, Poppy welcomed us under bright blue skies at the tiny Aitutaki airport with her rockin' tan, warm smile, and a couple of fresh, sweet smelling leis. We drove a short five or so minutes to...

We really enjoyed our stay at Amuri Sands. We were there for 9 nights. Mark works hard to make it a good experience for his guests without being intrusive. We chose Amuri Sands because of the reviews and the snorkelling close by. We were not disappointed. The snorkeling is good straight in front of Amuri Sands, especially if you go...

If I have to turn 50 it has to be in paradise......so started our quest to find the "best" place to stay on Aitutaki. Two months of research and finally the decision made, then the nervous wait to find if our dates were available. Success! Months later we arrive to a beautiful balmy Aitutaki afternoon. Mark collected us from the...

My wife and I stayed at Amuri Sands for around 6 days and loved every minute. The bungalow is positioned in the best part of Aitutaki (for us), with wonderful snorkelling, walks, restaurants and shops nearby. Imagine sitting on the back deck, cold beer in hand, looking through the coconut palms to the aqua lagoon. Paradise! Mark really made our...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for only 2 nights but we wanted to stay for 20 nights :-) It's a wonderful place to stay. We had a clean and nice room with direct access to the beach. And there are only 2 rooms so you don't have problems with "a crowded place". We would recommend it to everybody to...
