This place really has it all. The resort is great, the skiing is amazing, both cross country and downhill. The proximity to Anchorage makes this pretty easy to get to with a wonderful drive down. The various restaurants are nice and I am told that the spa was great. I was surprised at how many families were here, but it...

Don't go just for the hotel. There is a lot more to the place than staying in a room fortunately because its a long way from anywhere. Enjoy the skiing (downhill and x-country) fat bikes, snow shoeing, pool and gym, visiting downtown Girdwood on the complimentary shuttle, ice skating, and the tram to the spectacular views above, and if that's...

Took my husband here for his birthday, along with our son and his friend. The champagne set in the room with a beautiful bouquet and flute glasses was a nice touch and a wonderful start to a special weekend. The boys enjoyed downhill skiing while my husband and I enjoyed cross-country skiing. The ski lift tickets and tram tickets were...

In reading the reviews some have criticized the rooms. The rooms are completely fine, perhaps not 5 star, but that's not what you will be at Alyeska for. The hotel amenities are great, from restaurants and bar to the ski rental, pool and work out room. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. And don't forget to use the Girdwood...

We stayed the first week of September 2016 for our elopement and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly, our room had a mountain view which was really nice, and their breakfast buffet was probably my favorite thing about the hotel. We ate there every single morning! Super cozy and it's nice just to walk around and enjoy the scenery....

From check in with JIMMY at the front desk to our departure, everything was perfect! The room was clean & comfortable. Nice amenities. Ski in, ski out. A frozen pond with complimentary skate rental was a nice surprise! Indoor, heated salt water pool was a big hit too. Lots of food options as well. Take the time at check in...

My husband found Hotel Alyeska and this is where stayed our first night in Alaska. The rooms and the hotel are nice but not overdone. Because we were there in September things were quiet. After checking in we took the tram up the mountain to look around. My friends and I headed to the bar at Seven Glaciers which had...

When you are paying $260 plus per night for a King Size room, you expect it to be updated, clean and spacious...not a box with a bed. The room was dark, decorated in everything brown and view...Ah none unless you like looking at the parking lot. I always expect more for the location but all 5 times I have stayed,...

This resort was just wonderful. Everything about it was more than we expected. We took our entire family for a Christmas gift. None of us ski, but we were able to book excursions with the Concierge that helped us to learn about Alaska. They were so patient with my many calls and questions, and helped make our family trip one...
