The hotel has all the facilities for a great weekend ski, coffee shop, rental equipment, shops with the trendiest clothes for sports and winter, close to good restaurants and bars, very comfortable rooms, can choose slopes view or mountain view! Either one is great!

Nice accommodations, what you would expect. Pool area nice, outdoor ice rink was also good. Skiing was superb. The areas are well groomed & the gondola is very user friendly. It is open year round for dinner at the top. The equipment rental is up to date & has a nice gift shop. During the winter months the drive there is...

A great place to stay - everything is clean and neat, and first class in a very scenic setting. The pool and workout room are fantastic. The rooms are quiet and clean. The food was good and unique to Alaska.

Hotel is so warm and cozy and the service was consistently very good at every interaction-the bell hop, cafe, gift shop, front desk, restaurant. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and they had an indoor pool and a jacuzzi with great views. Mountain service was stopped for the days of our stay, which saddened me a little as I was looking...

Excellent facility. Although it is mainly for the winter skiing season, we stayed during the summer cruise season. Many things to do. Tram, hiking and of course skiing in the winter (which wasn't happening in August though. LOL) Beautiful setting in the Alaska mountains. I completely understand why it is #1 in Alaska. :)

We visited during the "off-season", loved the resort overall. The restaurants were of varying quality, and on the pricier side. Rooms were a bit dated, but very clean. Staff overall super nice and helpful. Only complaint is that the line at the front desk was flat out insane at times. Took us about 40 minutes to check in and a...

All the customer service is excellent! But I wanted to especially mention the valet parking staff, Kevin, who saw that I left my iPhone on my front seat and brought it back to me in the hotel. Extra care like that matters to me! The Tram staff on Friday night also went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant....

I was unimpressed and unhappy with the room service. It was overpriced, the presentation was poor, our coffee/tea came up travel cups instead of real mugs, and the food was less than mediocre. In addition, the second night we requested champagne glasses be sent up to our room that we never received. The tram was down due to winds, which...

Large hotel ski destination. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic scenery. Great drive from Anchorage. Comfortable beds. Towel warmers in bath by tub. Great hikes and walking. Good nooks for storing out door equipment or skies. Restaurants good but not great. Can get a little rowdy on big skiing weekends. A place where Alaskans love to play.
